Warning Do not celebrate your birthday here. Before giving a negative review I have waited over 2 weeks for Cocktail Club to make their wrongs right however they did not care so here is my review.
Disclaimer I have always had a good time here so I thought it would be great to celebrate my birthday!
I booked an area and package for +£100 for myself and my friends to have a good time. Once I got there I had a whole lot of problems.
Firstly how can you book somewhere well in advance in October 2023 for a booking in February 2024 and tell me sorry we lost your booking?
Then the bouncer on the door telling me my booking is cancelled and to speak to the manager?
As they didn’t have my booking I had to tell them what I wanted then the shots which I wanted which I booked they said they couldn’t do it?
Most importantly I have a nut allergy so it is very dangerous to not have someone’s booking in general but someone with a nut allergy anything can go wrong.
I asked to speak to the manager at this point and they were hiding and refused to speak to me on the day so the server was passing my requests to and from myself and the manager.
I was told on the call before booking the cocktails included would be 12 for the whole group that wasn’t the case and I had to book more….
Part of the package they should have sung me happy birthday and to have confetti however this never happened.
The whole experience ruined my birthday and I really wanted to give them a chance but cocktail club and decided to ignore my complaint so unfortunately they will now receive a bad review.
Once the person I spoke to heard about all of this they said they would offer a full refund and an opportunity to come back? And never followed up.
I will not be coming back here again due to poor levels of customer service they were not a host for my birthday I became very stressed during my birthday and had the worst time ever!
Please avoid if you wish to celebrate your birthday!
Please disregard what Cocktail club stated below they have not responded to my emails for 3 weeks I am still awaiting to hear back...

People do not celebrate your birthday here!
My family member was a regular customer and had a good time at the London Cocktail Club. The birthday package and area were booked for £100 plus in October 2023 for the birthday person and 12 friends. On the birthday night, 10th February 2024 staff said that the booking was lost. The bouncer on the door told my family member that the booking was canceled and to speak to the manager. My family asked about the shots that were booked into the package and was told they could not do it. A very significant part of the booking was that my family member has severe allergies to all nuts. It is very serious and dangerous that the booking was lost and due to health and safety regulations, management should have noted that the birthday person was allergic to all nuts at the time of the booking. Surely this is not good practice and their policy should be in place regarding the birthday person's health and safety of making the area that was reserved at the time of booking nut-free.
The birthday person asked to speak to the manager but they were hiding and refused. A staff member saw a note from a phone call when my family member made the booking and requested 12 cocktails for the whole group but on the night, had to order and pay for even more cocktails. Furthermore part of the package they should have sung "Happy Birthday, and have confetti" but this never happened. My family member's birthday on 10th February 2024 was completely ruined and friends were disappointed. The birthday family member raised a complaint with the London Cocktail Club and the management agreed to offer a full refund and an opportunity to return to the Club but it did not happen and no contact from management. Read moreI booked an area for 14 people 7pm-10pm 11 March. I asked the hostess when we arrived what happens after 10pm she told me that we just needed to move from that area but we can go to the bar/dance floor and that another booking was coming at 10.30pm which was fine with us. After we left the area, three people from the venue including two security people approached me saying all my group had to leave. I explained the situation and what we were already told about moving to the bar/dancefloor and they refused to listen. I asked to speak to the hostess and I was told I was trying to pick on her which was ludicrous as I was just trying to confirm what we had been told. Them trying to ask my group to leave made no sense since our group was dispersed within the venue but the bouncer aggressively starting pointing out people in our group to be kicked out. I felt this was really unfair as we were told otherwise, we moved when we were told to, spent a very large amount of money with the venue and then so aggressively told to all leave "due to capacity".
