The second time I've been in. Still no full-length mirror upstairs, in a chuffing clothes shop. Just one or two small ones at face-height. I took my purchase downstairs, where there is a mirror kind of beside and behind the counter. When I suggested a mirror upstairs in a two-storey clothes shop might be useful I was told "yes; we've known for a while now that we need one up there" and "it's difficult to find the space to put one" and "it's up to the area...

Kyle, store manager, was great in dealing with a parcel I ordered to the store for click and collect which was lost by Hermes and no online stock left. Not sure why companies still use Hermes, but he was excellent and checked other stores for stock and reserved a tent in another store for me to collect. Great...

Really nice and knowledgeable bunch of people working here. They honour online prices if that's better for the customer, go out their ways to help with the right gear and equally, admit it they don't know. They will soon be closed for refit, I hope the same...
