Today, I had the worst dining experience. I witnessed a member of the kitchen staff (Raju - later found out he was a manager) display hostile, disrespectful & untoward behaviour towards another member of staff (Reece). Prior to this, I had already witnessed said member of staff give a dismissive and shirty response when Reece kindly asked for a ranch sauce we were missing. Raju proceeded to aggressively slam the sauce down on the side. I felt I had to step in as I was shocked to witness a manager talk to his staff member in such a rude and belittling manner. Najamul, tried to resolve the issue by letting us know mistakes happen in the kitchen and they are very busy. There were 2 staff members in store and it was exceptionally busy, so all staff members were under the same pressure! The issue was not the mistake but the attitude behind it. Kitchen staff appeared to have a personal issue with Reece, which was noted in the way they both spoke to him about the cutlery/napkins. I explained that as a manager, they should not be speaking to staff like that, let alone in front of customers. Raju was still being rude behind the counter, it is only once I took his picture & stated to Najamul that I will be putting it on Google if he doesn’t apologise; he then came out with a big smile & apologised for his behaviour. It is worth noting that Reece kept his calm and continued to respond in a polite and calm manner to both members, despite their continued disrespect and belittling manner. Management need further training on customer service and leadership & I shouldn’t of had to tell them that what they done is wrong. It is also worth noting that Najamul didn’t want to disclose Raju’s name & until I asked whether the general manager would approve of that. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience & needs to be followed up...

Read moreI adore fried chicken. Was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately, it was a total let down. We had wings, boneless, burger and fries.
Boneless are round, like larger popol corn chicken, only with less chicken flavour. The wings were the biggest let down, they must have been from anorexic chickens as they had very, very little meat on them and tiny! Was this a left over batch or something? It was our first time at Wingstop so not able to compare.
The burger bun was not good, not warm and perhaps a little stale. And there was too much bun for the chicken.
I think folks come here for the variety of sauces. It must be something that brings them in. Perhaps the cool tunes, which we enjoyed and quite lively.
Staff were pleasant and good and place looked clean. Has outdoor seating as not a lot of seating inside, but adequate.
There are far, far better options for good fried chicken. Some even local to this branch. My faves for fried chicken are Chicken Shop, but the No. 1 is...
