Where to begin on my engagement ring journey with Mouza! I reached out to Miro with a relatively clear idea of (i) what I would like the end result to look like and (ii) what I felt was important for my now fiancé, both in terms of practical considerations and size/style.

Following a quick response to my enquiry over the weekend, I had an appointment scheduled with Miro just a day later. Miro proceeded to spend almost 1:30hrs talking me through every single detail I could have wished for with total impartiality. Having told him my fiancé's job and details about her style/taste etc., he consistently used his years of experience to help me avoid practical pitfalls and potential blunders, all whilst making me feel totally at ease.

When it came down to finding the right diamond and setting/band, he continued with the exact same impartiality, transparency and authenticity as I had experienced throughout our early discussions. Not once did he ever seek to point me towards a more expensive option, he focused solely on what we had discussed and what we felt would best suit my fiancé - it was a truly refreshing experience.

Once we had found the perfect diamond for her, then came the toughest part of my request - I had a pipe dream of proposing on a holiday departing just 11 days after our first appointment, which I thought would be impossible based on timelines indicated by other jewellers I had reached out to. However, when I posed this question to Miro, he answered methodically and transparently - if a few logistical pieces were to fall correctly and he were to turn it around as quickly as he could, it would be possible! Just 7 days later, with the diamond having been transported from Hong Kong(!), taken to the jewellers, mounted in my chosen setting/band and transported back to London, I was collecting the ring - I honestly could not believe it and I do not believe anyone else would have entertained it beyond Miro.

Finally, I have to speak about the quality of the ring. It is safe to say, Miro and his team produced an absolutely stunning engagement ring that my fiancé truly adores. She has already had so many compliments on the ring that I am losing count, all of which is thanks to Miro's expert guidance. I will let the attached photos speak for themselves!

I will start with my conclusion but I would recommend that you read this full review: if you’re looking for a jeweller, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Mouza is simply in a league of its own and by far the best. I’m forever grateful for the beautiful engagement ring they created for my fiancée and for making this journey such a memorable one!

I had the most extraordinary experience at Mouza. Honestly, calling it “customer service” doesn’t do it justice. It was a deeply personal experience, thanks to Miro and his exceptional team, who went above and beyond every step of the way.

I am a difficult customer and I visited Miro at least 20 times, and not once did he lose patience with me. Miro’s extensive knowledge, coupled with his numerous qualifications, was apparent from the start. His team is equally impressive, with many of them pursuing various gemmology degrees. Miro took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about diamonds, and unlike other jewellers I had visited, he was unbiased, incredibly educated, and had such an eye for detail it was truly impressive to see in action. Miro knows absolutely EVERYTHING about diamonds. It’s truly incredible.

What truly sets Miro apart is his bespoke approach. From the beginning, he asked countless questions about my fiancée to build a profile, allowing him to tailor his advice and recommendations perfectly. This level of dedication and focus resulted in the most personalised experience I could have imagined. Miro didn’t rest until we found perfection—he sent me at least 10 different diamonds until we finally settled on a stunning stone that he personally sourced. The entire process, which could have been incredibly stressful, was made completely stress-free thanks to Miro and his team. They took care of every detail and were always available, even for last-minute adjustments after the proposal. The quality and craftsmanship of the ring remained impeccable, and their willingness to make further adjustments was a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We bought our engagement ring and wedding band from Miro in November 23. We found his shop by chance whilst browsing in Hatton Garden.

I was in between a few styles of rings at the time. Miro presented all possible options and always provided great suggestions based on what I liked about certain rings. He was patient and knowledgable, never tired of what seemed like trying on every ring in the shop! In the end, I settled on a design that I hadn’t seen anywhere else- and learned the brand has their own exclusive designs.

His wealth of knowledge and experience really showed when explaining diamonds and rings to us, what would be practical and feasible in terms of style. After placing our order, we chose our stone together- he was sure to choose the best possible stone for us, with all the characteristics we wanted.

Miro provided excellent customer service- he expedited delivery of the stone at no charge to us, so we could have it in time. We were invited to look at the stone when it arrived- at this point we had the option, to continue with the stone or to choose a different one if we didn’t like it- but we were more than happy with it.

Miro kept us updated every step of the way, and the ring was complete in 2-3 weeks. I wasn’t sure about the fit of the ring, and Miro even advised me to take it away for a week to wear it and see how it feels, and then to return if I would like it resized, before the ring was entirely finished- so changes could be made.
