I hate writing negative reviews but the staff here are so rude, I wouldn’t want people to waste their time going here. Absolutely appalling customer service! Horrible staff who shouted at me for wanting to try 3 pairs of shoes on! One lady rolled her eyes at me and shouted that I needed to approach her, I was being polite by waiting while she served other people who had also been waiting a ridiculous amount of time?? When I told her this she carried on being rude and talking to the other employees about me under her breath. Definitely would never go back to this branch again! I bought a pair of faulty trainers and reached out to customer service to request a copy of my receipt. After some back and forth, they confirmed they had located it — but ever since, I’ve been caught in a loop where they keep asking me for the same details again and again, as if we’re back to square one.
