I’ve given 3* only because I like its location and the taste of their coffee- it is convenient and the coffee is good. However definitely a place to just grab your cup and go. While it’s located inside this nice furniture showroom giving the impression of luxurious atmosphere, the cafe itself is pretty basic and not very relaxing (as mentioned by other reviewers); service is ok, drinks served in paper cups, usually no space to sit inside, only two or three tables to use and not very clean. Actually it’s much more pleasant to sit just outside if you must. In addition their pastry choice has been pretty disappointing. In my most recent experience - the same two tasteless cakes (banana and banana chocolate bread) two days in a row! You would’ve thought that a place like this (the impression you first get) would be offering some lovely tasty and importantly freshly baked pastry and cookies on the daily basis. I could tell it was the same banana bread on offer two days in a row, that clearly wasn’t very popular because the slices were disappearing very slowly, considering how many people pass by this cafe every day. Needless to say , overall quite disappointing. Hope to see some...
Read moreI go to this Caffe almost every Saturday for a year and a half now. I keep doing it, the cappuccino is one of the best I can find, and I have tried quite a few places, and what you get for the price is almost gold. The carrot cake is just astonishing, love the cream, it's just glorious (I should keep this for me as it's very limited, but yeah, spoiler alert). The staff is always top notch, and yes, you can't be inside, and there's no table service, but come on, at best they are 3 persons and sometimes with a huge demand, serving, at least for me, always an excellent cappuccino, and better, the quality kept unchanged for all this time....
Read moreVisited this place today, absolutely terrible. Staff were so rude about where we could sit, no manners, telling us 'this isn't a place to take pictures' when I was just taking a selfie. This whole place is a sofa furniture museum only, you can't sit anywhere except from a couple of chairs pushed in the corner and outside in the cold. False advertisement, menu was disgusting too. Only one coffee menu to choose from and about 3 different cake slices. Terrible services, boring place. Don't visit unless you want to wander around a furniture store. Stop lying to customers! I travelled so far for...
