Online Flower Company — Local services in London

My wife ordered a wreath for her father's funeral, the description of which was entirely based around thistles (which was pertinent to her dad) and the picture showed thistles and roses. The wreath turned up with no thistles and a few roses (and with carnations in replacement), looking very different to the online picture. On complaining and seeking a refund they say they are allowed to do this due to their terms and conditions. They were not sympathetic and quite unapologetic - not what you want when you are burying your dad.

Looking closer, at the Terms they say 'We aim to provide a pier-to-pier (sic) sharing platform where you (“the customer”) and businesses which provide flower delivery services (“service providers”) can find each other." Furthermore, the customer help section has nothing but random text in it and the Terms and Conditions refers to a company called 'online man and van' so all a bit weird. As a I write we are trying to recoup our loss here but the person online (their helpline took me through to a lady who was driving) said they are unlikely to refund due to their T&Cs, which means we will have to pursue the refund through our bank and or...

Terrible Terrible Terrible I ordered the hydrangea and rose bouquet costing £45 for a family member and they received a very different, and vastly less impressive bunch of 'petrol station' flowers. I made contact to try to rectify the situation and waited an hour for a response on the live chat with zero contact. I tried again a few days later with the same zero contact. I sent an email to their 'Happiness Team' but they haven't come back to me in over a week. And, finally I called the number on their website and it doesn't work!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am so happy with the selection off flowers 💐 i got shown on request, i also am very happy at the promptness from messages to deciding what flowers to choose.. i absolutely would recommend to anyone as the flower arrangements are amaizing... very nice helpful woman that dealt with my order... her name is Rachel very very helpful.. couldn't have gone to a better florist, definitely will be using again in near future and reccomending to family and relatives... once again many thanks....
