Penhaligon's Covent Garden Piazza — Local services in London

I'm french and I came to Penhaligon's knowing I would buy something ! In fact, I love what we call in french "Parfum de niche", those who not everybody wears. So I came here and took allllllll the time to find the perfect one. Maria was very an understanding woman who took her time to find me the best fragance(S) ooops. I came in the store and tried one, then go back to the street to smell it, again, and again, by expressing what I was exactly looking for... until she perfumed me with one of them and let me stroll in Covent garden (Love it). And... within 5 minutes I received a Huge compliment by a "random" man ahah. It was a sign !

I told Maria, that it was "The one" (the Perfum, not the man 🤣) and bought it, and also a little version of another fragrance that I discovered.

I was fair with Maria, I was there to buy and I wanted to find the perfect fragrance(s) which fit my personality and way to see the world (kind of).

I have to thanks Maria for her patience (really), her passion, and disponibility for me. Such a great person, that do not only pay attention to what you are looking for, but to who you are too ;).

Such a great experience, Came out of the store so happy, for a French girl who has a passion for fragrances.

Had the loveliest experience at the covent garden (market building) store. Greeted so wonderfully by the staff (but not at all pushy or overbearing), then went downstairs and was greeted and looked after the lovely Simone. She was so incredibly patient with us both, especially when one of us was struggling to make any decisions. Can’t thank her enough for being so kind and patient. Simone knew so much about the product / notes of each perfume and was so helpful. She sprayed our two favourite perfumes on each arm and we went for lunch with some friends to then decide which one we liked when out and about/ after it had sat on our skin (and even then wasn’t pushy about us having to make a decision which was great). We went back and choose our final two and they engraved our bottles for us. Also a huge thank you to the sales associate (young, with braids- so sorry I didn’t catch your name), who dropped what he was doing to get our order when we went back, we were in a huge rush and he sorted it out so swiftly, thank you. Really can’t fault the staff at all, greeted and helped so well and had a wonderful experience...

I have been a loyal customer of Penhaligon's so many years now and I've been to their Covent Garden boutique severally, but my recent interaction with Zar was truly exceptional.

Despite being familiar with their fragrances and knowing exactly what I wanted, his outstanding service and expertise elevated my entire shopping experience.

Zar demonstrated such passion and knowledge about the fragrances that I ended up discovering and purchasing additional scents beyond my intended purchase. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made this visit particularly memorable. The level of personalised service he provided stood out even among Penhaligon's typically high standards.

For anyone seeking a luxury fragrance experience in London, I highly recommend visiting this boutique and especially connecting with Zar.
