Boutique Barges — Hotel in London

This was on of THE most magical weekends we have spent as a family. Sam could not have been lovelier or more welcoming in the lead up, and Nephele was there to greet us on arrival.

The boat itself is both spacious and cosy. We gave the children the grown up bed (which they now want at home) and we got to sleep near the wood burner, which we didn't need but was a nice treat.

The decoration is gorgeous BUT the thing to note is that every single item is of genuine quality in there. Cutlery, coffee machine, shower gel, you name it - plus the shower is hot and more powerful than plenty of hotel rooms I've sayed in.

Sitting on top deck with the firebowl going during storytime for the children was a highlight for me, and the location for food and fun is superb.

We just spent an amazing overnight at the Big Boat in Little Venice! The boat is expertly designed and beautifully decorated, creating a space that is smart and also cozy! Sam was a fantastic host throughout, leaving us some bread and eggs for breakfast, and especially being patient with our million questions about the wood burning stove! We looooved it!! While being close to restaurants and amenities, Little Venice is really peaceful, nothing beats waking up to ducks and swans at the boat window! This is a true gem in London and we will...

Spent the weekend on the big boat and had such a relaxing time.

The host was very accommodating, the boat was fantastic and the location was just spot on.

Less than 5 minute stroll to Paddington tube station and many lovely restaurants, pubs and shops.
