Queen Victoria Apartments — Local services in London

We rented this flat for a five night stay in Pimlico and it was a seamless and hassle free experience. First I would like to state that Louise has incredible communication skills. Right away she was responding to my questions. Our flight from New York was cancelled and we had to book for additional night, I reached out to Louise and she took care of everything for us and added the additional night. She allowed us to store our luggage at the flat before check in We were greeted by the housekeeper, he was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Check in was at 4:00 but around 2:30ish we got a message from Louise that the flat was ready. I really appreciated that since we had been traveling for quite a while. The flat was exactly as listed,, it had everything we needed for our stay. My two favorite features were the washer/dryer combination and the balcony that had a little bistro set. Perfect for my breakfast each morning overlooking my childhood home. (I grew up at 8 St. George’s Square) The location of this flat is fantastic , bus and taxi service right outside your door and a 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station. I throughly enjoyed my stay at 25 St. George’s Square and will be sharing this listing with my family and friends. Thank you Louise for making my stay so wonderful. Pimlico will forever hold the most special place in my heart....

I rented the flat at 25 St. George’s Square for 5 days in May 2025. From the very beginning of my booking, Louise’s customer service was outstanding. All that I needed was mentioned to me before I even had to ask. My trip needed to be extended an additional day and the ease of booking an additional day was flawless. The apartment was just as described in the listing, we were greeted by the housekeeper who was more than accommodating to hold our bags until the check in time. Louise even messaged us to let us know that we could check in about an hour earlier. I was so thankful after a long flight from New York. The ease of getting into the apartment was flawless and it was very well equipped and clean, it had all that we needed for our 5 day stay. The two biggest bonuses were the washer and dryer combo and the balcony which has a little bistro set where I ate my breakfast every morning. The location is close enough to all the major attractions, Bus stop and taxi service are right outside the front door and the underground is right around the corner. This is a great location, with a great host who goes out of her way to make your stay as nice as possible....

1. Bedding: Very clean. I was worried about the issue of bed bugs in Europe, but l didn't have any issues with this apartment. If necessary, please request an additional linen before check-in.

2. Kitchen: We had all the cooking utensils we needed. In particular, one pot and one frying pan were available. The frying pan is a bit small, about the size of a frying person for 1-2 eggs, but it was okay to use.

3. Toilet: Sufficient toilet paper and hair dryer were available.

Location: It's far from the city center, but it doesn't matter. Pimlico has very good access to the main bus lines including bus 24. Great location for the price.

Overall, the room may feel rather narrow but considering the cost is very nice, it was clean and nice place to stay and most importantly the host was very friendly. During the checkout process, even though I didn't forward the late check-out time and luggage keeping, Louise was kind enough seeing that she understood and...
