Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Andrzej (Andy!) for the amazing experience today!

I recently moved to London and was in desperate need of a trim / new hairdresser and had kept wondering past the salon a few times as it was round the corner from my flat!

I'm quite nervous when it comes to haircutting, a little bit too attached to the length but I knew I needed to get a good bit off the ends for my own sake so I could start styling it again (I blame lockdown!)

I went into the salon by chance just to enquire but was luckily squeezed in and met with the friendly Andy, from beginning to end he really listened to my hair concerns and checking I was okay each time he cut the length etc.

Overall the salon is in a fantastic location, really friendly and cool staff and wonderful hair products like Opalex and Bumble & Bumble!

Huge thanks to Andy who has allowed me to fall in love with my hair again while keeping the length long enough so I can continue to style it!

I was so lucky to come across Radio Hair and book my appointment with Andrzej for colour and cut. As in any other new place, I was apprehensive at first of the end result but as it turned out, I found one of the best talents in London! Andrzej’s expertise in colour is truly impressive; I have not come across such a detailed approach to ensure the colour looks natural, that hair will remain in the healthiest condition and that the client is getting the effect they hoped for. I have been now Andrzej’s client for over 3 years and I would find it hard to trust anyone else with my colour and cut! My last visit was especially challenging when I decided to go from very dark to blonde colour - Andrzej prepared the entire strategy on how to ensure I leave feeling happy! I've been here a couple of times now, and the quality of the cut is always very high, as is the design and comfort of the studio.

However, there are customer service issues that need urgently to be addressed. On my latest appointment, I was asked to reschedule not once, not twice, but fully three times. Usually right before the booking, which was an enormous inconvenience because I had already cancelled plans in order to attend. Coordinating appointment times is a very basic thing to do, and I'm not sure why they can't get it right.

I'd love to give this place five stars, because the stylists are fantastic -- but until management sorts out these issues, they are letting...
