My wife and our 8 months old baby having fever, bronchitis and double ear infection were waiting for 10 min in this pharmacy and the cashier took my prescription and did not serve me. She did not inform me that the pharmacy was the other desk. She gave them my wife's prescription but they did not proceed it without informing my wife. They took care of another order. My wife was waiting. She realized what was happening. My wife had to ask what was going on. The answer was : if you are not happy, just go to an other pharmacy. I have never seen such an inappropriate behavior in my life and such a poor service. Such persons should do an other business, a pharmacist must help and serve patients and not customers.
