We were two couples staying in a three-bedroom apartment (we originally booked a two-bedroom and were upgraded). The apartment is stylish, modern, and exceptionally functional. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully designed, featuring a large fridge with a full-size freezer, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a complete set of cookware and tableware for six people.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one en-suite with a bathtub and toilet, and another with a shower and toilet. There's a washer-dryer neatly tucked away in a hidden closet in the hallway, along with an ironing board. The spacious living room includes a large sofa, two armchairs, a big TV, and a dining area that seats four.
The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, two nightstands, and a built-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and refreshing atmosphere.
The location is fantastic — in Victoria, Westminster — just a 4–5 minute walk from Victoria Station, providing quick and easy access to all parts of London. On the parallel street, there’s a large supermarket where you can easily stock up on groceries and essentials for a multi-day stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the best part is that you can usually find a table, unlike the crowded tourist areas.
The only downside was the size of the beds — very narrow, no wider than 1.20 meters — which made them uncomfortable for two people to share. Since we had been upgraded to an extra room, from the second night on we ended up sleeping separately to get proper rest.
Check-in is fully self-service and contactless. Clear instructions were sent to us via WhatsApp, and the process was smooth and easy.
What really stood out was the service. On the first morning, we discovered that both the oven and microwave weren’t working. We contacted customer support via WhatsApp and received a prompt human response within minutes. They tried to resolve the issue remotely, and when it became clear that a technician was needed, they assured us someone would come. When we returned to the apartment that evening, everything was fixed. We were even updated during the day via both email and WhatsApp.
The support was professional, polite, and efficient — which is exactly what you hope for when something goes wrong. For all these reasons, we wholeheartedly recommend Vauxhall Bridge Road by...
Read moreApartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything you needed, had a great view of London and was located not too far away from Victoria station. The apartment was heated well.||There were sadly downsides to this apartment such as not being able to check in until 4pm which left us carrying around luggage around London for the majority of the first day there. ||Secondly I would advise taking earplugs. At night and the early hours of the morning I was woken up around 2am from homeless people that stay outside at the bottom shouting and their dogs barking none stop. The windows let every bit of noise in from outside, it kinda feels like you have the window open even when it’s closed.||On the day we were leaving around 9:30am the cleaner let herself in while we were still in the apartment. Check out was at 11am and I found it quite rude that people were letting themselves in even though we couldn’t check in until 4pm. At this point I was getting dressed and my boyfriend was in the shower. I didn’t like it at all how people could just let themselves in while we were still there. The cleaner did leave and come back but we felt like we had to rush and leave sooner than we had to.||I probably wouldn’t stay again but I couldn’t say that it was a...
