Victoria station, also known as London Victoria, is a central London railway terminus and connected London Underground station in Victoria, in the City of Westminster, managed by Network Rail.
Victoria Station was built in 1860-2 by the Victoria Station and Pimlico Railway Company and half the capital for this was subscribed by the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway, with the London, Chatham and Dover Railway subscribing 1/3rd and the Great Western Railway 1/6th.
Victoria is two stations in one, telling the story of intense rivalry between railway companies in the 19th century. Located in the heart of London's west end and offering speedy connections to seaside resorts, sea ports and Gatwick airport, Victoria Station has always been associated with train travel for pleasure.

They do have public toilets near Wasbi, I've never used them so don't know whether you have to...
