This morning I walked in this M&S store and the security man started to following me around the store watching my every move and looking at what I pick up it was borderline to harassment as there was another customer in the store and all the security man was doing was watching my moves. Racist security gard! I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and surely won’t be shopping here ever again I was there at 09:05 am Sunday the 26.10.24

My visit on March 2nd, 2025, was highly satisfactory. The recent refurbishment is excellent; the store was impeccably clean and well-stocked. The staff were largely courteous and helpful. Please continue to maintain these high standards.

Absolutely the worst service and rude and racist staff as I walked into the small shop the security guard was following me went to look for some biscuits which was behind another shelf who was there another staff member also behind me listen my vocation career is really not worth stealing anything stealing from a shop as I went to pay I asked the assistant if she would like to help me cash my items ooh and who was behind yep all three shop workers absolutely disgusting even as I’m paying. if I did this as a nurse they wouldn’t be medically treated and quite rightly I’d be struck off the one small vindication I got whilst in there was whilst they was following me a homeless man walked in and stole a sandwich and orange I didn’t say anything as clearly he needed to eat would I shop there again no the experience is very troubling I suggest get more...

Horrible delayed delivery and unclear customer service.

I ordered an item online as a birthday gift and planned to collect it on my way back from work this Monday. However, I received an email saying the order would be delayed.

This afternoon, I went to check if it had arrived at Victoria Mainline Station, London SW1V 1JT, which was the collection location I selected. No one was able to help me check the order status. One of the staff members told me to go to the other M&S shop in the station, even though I explained that it wasn’t the designated collection point.

When I went to the other shop, they looked up my order information and said they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t their branch — of course!

The delay has completely disrupted my schedule for the week and has now ruined the...

Security guard of African background was rude, aggressive and not intelligent. He was not trained sufficiently by M&S on Guide and Assistance Dogs. My dog is a registered Assistance Dog and when I showed this Security Guard my dogs certified identification card plus registered certificate and he yelled "these types of dogs not allowed" I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel aged 5 years old. She is allowed anywhere with me due to my health problems.

I was highly offended by his attitude of speaking or should I say yelling at me.

This person should apologise for his aggressive behaviour and be properly educated on Guide and Assistance Dogs.
