We thoroughly recommend visiting the team at the wedding ring workshop. We looked at stock in many jewellers and couldn't find what we were looking for. We found all stages of contact with the team fantastic, pressure free and felt they really wanted to ensure we were happy. Vincent made the entire process of design, sourcing the diamond and producing a wonderful end product fun and pain free for us. He spent a lot of time fielding our questions and his patience and experience was so appreciated to ensure a fantastic experience throughout and a totally WOW! end product result. The bespoke process allowed us to design a ring exactly to our taste and budget and we had a great time in the process learning about the various options and designs available. Vincent has such a wealth of experience and enthusiasm it is infectious spending time with him! We certainly learned a considerable amount from him. We are over the moon with Vincent's work and everyone who sees the ring is bowled over by it. I cannot recommend Simon and the team more highly. They let me get my hands dirty and actually make an engagement ring for my fiancee! The whole team were so kind and welcoming and I got the full hospitality treatment with tea, coffee, beer and pizza. Simon supervised me one-on-one the entire day as we turned two squares of platinum into a ring. I honestly think Simon had as much fun as I did! He is remarkably talented and knowledgeable and has unbounded enthusiasm. It was amazing getting to talk to him and learn about his trade, history and some of the insane projects he is working on. I was at Hatton Garden in search of a someone (anyone) to resize my wedding ring as it was just a little too small to get over my knuckle. I had no particular jeweller in mind but the first place that happened to be open nice and early on a Saturday was the Wedding Ring Workshop (we're in luck). Upon entering I was welcomed into the workshop by Vincent who proceeded to enquire about my ring fitting issues. He sat me down showed me what the process of resizing a ring entailed and like an angel he just did it (right there and then!).
