I dont believe i saw signs, but it is a big building, so go with your gut. Massive pay and display car park. Entry is through a small mall.looking entry and in the top left corner is Snowzone. Self check in and through to equipment, which was very quick and easy. Within seconds our trainers were present and we went through the booking. No messing about, and we were on the snow in less than 10 mins. I had the pleasure of Claire for my skiing lesson, and Ben took my friend for snowboarding. The level of experience they had and shared was outstanding. In my experience, Claire was by far the easiest to lean from and so easy to communicate with as I believe it was for my friend with Ben. It was an all-day training event for us, so lunch was included. I can honestly say there was not a single part of the day that I felt could be improved. Everyone we spoke with customers, all internally staff restaurant, equipment hire, ski lift operators even those on training courses not officially working were interested and supportive. I would 100% recommend no hesitation based on my experience on that day it was fantastic. If you haven't done this before, it is physical, so you might ache the next dsy. It is possible, but it didn't happen to me that slips or bumps into others could happen to limit that, and in my experience, I didn't see it. Make sure you have the right kit to keep you warm, but don't assume you're going to freeze as you generate so much warmth all the time, so cold was never a factor for me. Their are shops inside the snowzone reasonably priced and retail ski places in the mall, which are a premium but really nice retail staff. There is plenty of food and drinks available in the doom and in this retail area for any palett and budget. Thank you so much, Claire, Ben, and even Wilf, who was available to me.
