My recent visit to Creames left much to be desired, to say the least. From the moment I walked through the door, it was apparent that this establishment was not living up to its potential.

To start, the ambiance was lackluster and outdated. The interior felt tired and neglected, lacking the inviting atmosphere one expects from a dining establishment. The dim lighting only added to the gloomy atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.

The menu at Creames was a mixed bag, with a variety of uninspired choices that failed to excite the palate. It seemed as though they were trying to cater to every taste imaginable, but in doing so, they fell short of delivering anything remarkable. The dishes lacked creativity and finesse, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation.

As for the service, it was equally disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, showing little concern for the satisfaction of the patrons. Our orders took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when they did, they were cold and unappetizing. It was clear that there was a severe lack of communication and organization among the staff.

To make matters worse, the prices at Creames were unjustifiably high considering the mediocre quality of the food and service. It felt like a slap in the face to be charged such exorbitant prices for such a subpar dining experience.

In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend dining at Creames. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a restaurant that values quality and customer satisfaction. Creames may have had its glory days in the past, but it's evident that those days...

We decided to take my daughter and a couple of her friends here as an early birthday treat as we was up in MK doing some retail therapy!

What a shambles - all the staff are so gormless and have no clue about customer service! We was shown to a booth and told I needed to go up to the till and order - that was no problem and after deciding on what we all wanted I went up an ordered it.

That's when it all went wrong! After around 15 minutes they bought up the 1st of the waffles a 'chocoholic' waffle which my daughter said was quite nice, another 10 minutes pass, and they bring up another waffle - one which we didn't order, however the waiter (if you can call him that) didn't understand English and just shrugged his shoulders at us and called someone else over! I ended up showing them my receipt to see what I did actually order.

Again, another 10 minute wait and me having to go up to the till to chase them up, they finally bring us the correct orders! The waffles were OK, luke warm but it was the poor customer service and bad attitude that ruined the whole atmosphere.

We wasn't the only table having issues, as whilst we were there we saw at least 3 other tables returning food they hadn't ordered! It was real shame as it could be so much better if it was managed and run by people who actually cared!

I won't be returning to this or any other Creams franchise...

What a joke!! Don't really know where to start, what an awful experience. While my partner and i waited for friends to join us, we witnessed 3 customers complain. This made us apprehensive about what was in store for us! We ordered our food; i have too say, our order came very quickly... apart from my order. My partner began to eat his only to find a hair in his dessert. We made a complaint and the staff were happy to make him a new one. When this was brought to the table we questioned where my order was, too be told that the order for mine hadn't been placed - we had the receipt to show we had made that order. We had to go back and forward with the staff for them to finally see they had made a mistake. Eventually they brought my order to the table.

While this was going on, we witnessed many more complaints, orders going to wrong tables, people not receiving what they had ordered, staff acting like they were in a school playground shouting at eachother across the restaurant and messing about behind the counter But, the worst thing we witnessed was a member of staff eating customers left overs! DISGUSTING!
