Bad Customer service: I went shop yesterday night time around 5:10 and the tag on the products was wrong , I found it while I was checking my receipt. And I went back in 1 minute to check the fridge price tag again, just want to avoid mistake if I check the wrong tag but tbh I pretty sure while I was purchasing I had already checked the price that’s why I bought it. Then I was polite to try to told the cashier, her first reaction is ask me if I notice the wrong tag instead of saying sorry and check it to tell me. I feel Uncomfortable about this reaction. Then I said no, you can go with me checking it, she said she can’t leave the till, I said that’s fine you can ask your colleague to check with me. Then she did that, and her colleague went with me , It is their mistake ! I know it happens a lot in a shop , I can understand. But she said I can go till get 50p. TBH, they both not professional and not say sorry about their mistake always. Then I left. Not professional...
