Decent prices, but the equipment is on the rough side.

There's a lot of stairs to climb and no elevator which makes it difficult if you prefer to bring your own amplifiers or drum hardware.

Rooms are a good size and well kept.

Pool table and vending machines on top floor for those down moments during rehearsals or when you've finished and waiting to pay.

Great place for a practice. Kit provided is good quality and rooms are easily big enough for a full band. Someone always on site of you need a hand with anything. I would not hesitate to recommend it. There's a couple of flights of stairs to access but worth...
