I’ve shopped at this store for years. After the service I experienced at checkout this morning, it will be quite some time before I go back. After purchasing six large bottles of liquor, I requested they be put in a box. We had to argue with the clerk to get the one box we found. I’m not going to waste my morning trying to document everything that was said or done. I’ll just say that the person at checkout was rude and argumentative. They didn’t even give me my receipt.

This is not the type service I’ve experienced in the past and management may need to re-emphasize expectations with their employees. I spend between $180 & $280 at this location every couple weeks. That money will be spent somewhere else...

Convenient only because I live in aiken and they have more selection than kroger. Although, a lot of their beer seems to sit on the shelf longer. I often just ride to Augusta to their beer stores. Harvards focuses to much on their liquor side of the store. Lots of beer is out of date, you have to wait for service since all the employees are on the liquor side of the store. They don't get a lot of new stuff and the employees aren't knowledgeable about the beer they sell. Really hate how they don't cycle out their old beer. They need to...

Been a customer for years at this establishment. Walked into the store browsed the nice selection of beer. I had selected a few six packs. When I got to the counter I was asked if I had a mask I did not and was told to leave. I dont wear masks for reasons listed in section 3 of the aiken mask mandate I am exempt. I was unable to get a word out on the matter that there is no legal grounds due to these exemptions for anyone to demand I wear one.
