Ordered delivery at 4:50. The estimated delivery time given was 20-30 minutes. Even on the receipt it said it would be delivered by 5:15. Our order didn't arrive until 6. 45 minutes later than expected. Also, I was initially given the wrong order. I had to chase after the delivery driver to have them exchange and give me my order. Everything was cold. I'm sure it would have been hot had it been delivered on time.
The delivery driver also forgot to include the brownies that I had ordered. She said she'd head back and bring them right back. Well, an hour later and we still hadn't received them so I called and talked with an insufferable lady on the phone and an incompetent manager who assured me the brownies would get sent out right away. Fast forward another hour to 7:45 and they finally arrived.... Cold... Three hours after I ordered.
The moral is that it takes an hour and a half to get the first half of your order cold, and three hours to get the second half of your order also cold. Will not be ordering from this location again and will be reporting to corporate first thing tomorrow morning. Zero...

That being said, I’ve never ordered delivery from here so I can’t speak to the speed of their service from that viewpoint. I’ve always used the drive-thru. Every single time I go there is absolutely excellent customer service. All of the employees have been so friendly and accommodating I’ve thought I was at Chick-fil-A. There have been times they’ve left something out but they are always quick to fix it and happy to do so! I can’t believe some people are talking about the same location saying the customer service is awful. They must be rude to the employees when they make their complaints because I’ve never had this issue. The food has also always been top notch quality when I’ve ordered from this location. Read moreVerbally assaulted for asking the size of the medium and the personal pizza... angrily yelling "they're 8 slices SIR" means absolutely nothing about the overall size of the pie so I had to be put on hold and then the manager had to tell me what the pizzas sizes are which were common sizes and is the most basic of knowledge for working at a pizza shop. The manager was beyond apologetic but you shouldn't have someone like that working the phones and taking orders and I decided to not place my order with them because it's not right to treat anyone this way, especially a customer. No discount was offered or any solution when I said I wasn't going to place my order, I wouldn't have taken it even if it was for free, but that shows the lack of responsibility the manager wanted to take for their employee's actions and that is not right in my opinion.
