Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aiken County

I ordered one Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza. The ad says a Large pepperoni pizza topped with over 100 crispy old World pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust. The issues: I did not get 100 pepperonis They did not go all the way to the crust. At least a half inch from the edge all around. Looks intentional. No crispy edge. Just a doughy soft one. They pretty much just took the new smaller pepperonis and made the old $5 style pizza. I do miss the $5 price point.😔 This is not a random occurrence. I’ve been cheated out of pizza topping surface area from this location for over a year now. I know, I know,…my fault for going back. I am an optimist, to a fault, and I still hope for a better world with pizza made like someone cares about something other than punching a clock and how little their wages are. Pizza is life, people! It has provided sustenance to civilizations for centuries. It allegedly is the one food from which kindergarten parties sprung from. There may be no New York without New York pizza. We need to stand up taller, be prouder of the food that gives us life in the mortal sojourn. Again, I am an optimist, and it is still my hope that the pepperoni count reaches triple digits, that toppings reach the very side of the pizza, and that those toppings sizzle as they caramelize on the edge of a pizza made with pride and joy. And that that joy will spread to all that see and eat it. Every knee should bow and every tongue confess that the pizza is good. My recommendation, just make it well. Filter out all the noise. Focus. I went to this location on 2/05/2022 and placed my order at 4:57 PM. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but then the employees said they had a "big big order" and everyone would have to wait but they still continued taking orders they knew they could not fulfil and refused to give refunds with the excuse that there was no manager there.

The employees were taking food and sauce containers out of cabinets and storing them on the floor. They also left trash on the floor. One employee wiped his nose with his hand and continued handling takeout boxes and presumably food as well without changing his gloves or washing his hands.

The customers were obviously getting agitated at having to wait but remained civil. The employees stopped talking to us completely by about 5:30 PM but kept giving out orders to new customers who walked in. Eventually a middle aged woman came in and started handing out orders from a food warmer to the waiting customers. Everyone had to ask for her attention to get anything.

After I got home around 6:30 PM I realized that the pizza she gave me was really old and room temperature. The paper on my pizza box said "Estimated for Feb 05, 2022 15:28:00 PM". So not only did I have to wait an hour and a half for a pizza without the option of being refunded, but they gave me a pizza that was an hour and a half old before I'd placed my order and 3 hours old by the time I got it home.

I will NEVER give this location another dollar and seriously doubt I will go to any other Little Caesars location since this is the way they let their...

I have always loved little caesar before they always had great customer service and food was great. The first time i placed an order for my son class I was told over phone I could place order and pay anytime not issue. Second time I placed order for my son bday I was told it best to pay for when picked it up which confused me because I was gonna pay for it then and gentleman did not seem like he wanted take payment no biggy okay..I ended up not picking pizza up bc my son got sick. Today I went pick up pizza where they only had drive through open I did not place an order seeing as it made no difference if I placed it and paid for it then I was there. I waited in line for bout 30 to 40 mins to be told I would have to wait until 12o clock to get my order!!. They had back order which means someone messed up and did not plan for a busy day accordingly so people who did not know they would not be allowed to order as a customer had to wait 1hr and 30 mins to be served? TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!. THE GIRL WAS RUDE AS HELL as well and tried shut window on me when she could not give me a validating answer why had wait when whether I placed an order or not i could not pay for until I came in? I worked customer service I get they were overwhelmed because they probably had new people, but management need to fix this problem.
