Food is delicious and people are very friendly and nice. However, out of the last six times we've gotten food from this restaurant, four had some kind of mistake. After trying to call tonight (7pm on 9/8/2020), and getting no answer, we won't be trying again for a very, very long time - if ever. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
Edit to add 4 years later: Went through drive-thru tonight. Really nice young lady took my order. Got up to window. After taking my payment she started to ask if I could go to spot 2, but she stopped as she realized that the person in spot 1 still hadn't gotten something. That was my first clue something wasn't going to work well. That car finally got whatever they were missing and left. 15 minutes later, and I mean actually, literally 15 minutes later, with 3 new cars now waiting next to me, plus 1 waiting at the door and another at the window, I finally went inside to see what was going on.
Another very nice young woman asked if I was waiting on something. Yes, yes I am. Another polite person, looked like a manager but not sure, asked if I was waiting on a 12 piece family meal. Manager let me know my fries just came out and it would be right up. Ok. But what happened next? Well musta been something funny with the snickering going on. And just loud enough for me to hear, manager said "whoever's first is first." Noted. Funny, no one was standing inside that I could see when I pulled in, and no one else was in the drivethru. But clearly I was expecting too much to expect fast food chicken to be, you know, fast.

Read moreI used the app to order ahead. I set arrival at 6:00pm and I arrived at 5:59pm. Checked my order status on the app and it said my food was on the way out. At 6:12pm, still no food so I called the store number posted. It took 3 phone calls to get an answer which made it 6:16pm. I was told I wasn't there at 6:00 so they had to let my order go and I'd have to wait "a few more minutes". At 6:22pm part of my order was brought to my car. When I asked if that was my entire order, the employee said yes and quickly walked back to the store. It turned out not to be my entire order, so at 6:25pm when a different employee delivered an order to the car sitting next to me, I told her that part of my order was missing. She apologized and told me to go to the drive thru and she would get the rest of my order. There were already 7 cars in the drive thru and I was so fed up with already waiting 30 minutes, I told the employee to forget about it and that I'd take the matter up with HQ. If this wasn't the 3rd time using the app and the 3rd time I was made to wait over 30 minutes for my order, I wouldn't bother with a bad review, I'd simply take my business elsewhere. But now I believe the rest of Aiken needs to know not to waste their time or money at this store, and certainly don't bother with the app. I'll never get that 90 minutes back, but they won't get as much as $.90 from...
Read moreI came to the drive thru about 905pm. Just got off work. Placed my order for 2 egg&cheese biscuits and 2 sausage egg&cheese biscuits. Drove to the window and a guy told me that they only had 3 biscuits and I would have to wait about 10 mins if I wanted my order. I told him to just make it 2 egg&cheese biscuits and 1 sausage egg&cheese biscuit. I paid him and he asked me to pull up to the line and they'd bring my order right out. I sat there for 10+ minutes. There was nobody there ahead of me or behind me in the drive thru. There was no customers inside either. I got out of my truck, walked inside and told them that I'd been waiting for over 10 minutes for 3 biscuits and I wanted my money back. A female employee spoke at me and said "You don't need to come in here getting mad at us for not getting it cooked fast enough". And I said again, I just want my money back. All I said was "I've been out there for over 10 minutes and I want my money back". Another male employee walked over there to hand my receipt and offered me the order and I told him, no thanks I just want my money back. That's the 3rd time service has been very slow.
