Satisfying says it best. Personable was the experience. Delivery was professional, quick and pleasant. Before visiting mattress man I was greeted at a competitor's local store with "thank you for practicing social distancing" signs and plexiglass partitions. Delivery was not what was stated via their computer app, and delivery would have been 2 1/2 weeks later. The same situation at another location of the same Mattress Firm company 1/2 mile from the first. "We use the same facility and warehouse in Columbia" was their response to our visit. While everyone was friendly the masks worn and plexiglass distancing followed by Mattress Firm was of no avail to my spouse whom is deaf and reads lips to understand "hearing" conversations. But refusal to take the old mattress away "if there is a soiled spot" and a $115 delivery charge was not in the same ballpark as Mattress Man....Which charged $29 for delivery and Free Removal of the old mattress with a "soiled spot". The only regret if there could be one with Mattress Man is I've not another Mattress I'll need in the foreseeable future. The Mattress is PERFECT and it's firmness has brought mornings of No More back aches. To sum up Mattress Man with one word....

Not going into details about what myself inflected problem was, Scott Anthony at Mattress Man corrected me at a later date. Scott doesn't care period about who you are or what you are. He treated me respectfully, compassionately, and made me feel like I was a millionaire. One example, although there are many, one of our trips to the store, he saw us in the parking lot, he then came out and guided me into the store. If you are looking for professional ism , he is partially professional. Knowledge about his business or trade is outstanding, but he treated me and my wife as family. I no longer feel as I know a salesman over at MattressMan, I feel as though Scott is a valued friend or family member. Chris was an excellent sales rep. Very personable and helpful. Checkout and financing made very easy. Mattress is great quality. Delivery, however, was very disappointing. I was told two weeks for delivery, but I wasnāt informed that there was a delay until I reached out myself after two weeks. Then delivery was scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. I was given a two hour delivery window. They arrived over an hour past the delivery window with only a five minutes warning via text that they were about to arrive. No communication to say they were running late. I asked the delivery guys if they had a busy day, and they replied āno, didnāt have much going on today.ā Unacceptable response...
