I called for a same day appointment and the process was quick! I was originally scheduled for 3:20pm, however I had to move it to 4:30pm due to time mismanagement on my end (oopsie) They were so nice about rescheduling for a later time and had a decent amount of openings available. Super accommodating!

Upon arrival I was greeted right away and handled very professionally! As I sat there nervous for my appointment, the two women working the front desk were so reassuring and helpful! The paperwork was quick and straightforward. Didn’t take more than a minute to fill out.

All employees I encountered were lively and in a great mood :-)

UPDATE: I just finished up my Brazilian appointment with Andie & she was AMAZING!!!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable & made time fly. They have a heated bed for customers to lay on (how freakin cool!) & the room was quite spacious & well maintained.

Most importantly she wasn’t judge mental & we laughed together majority of my appointment. :) Definitely book with her if she’s available!! Loved my overall experience with Radiantwaxing and definitely will be...

I hate to leave a bad review but that was honestly the worst wax experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been waxing every 1-2 months for the past 6 years :(

There were a lot of little things. -the staff was rushing and seemed overbooked -the room had wax all over the floor and table when I get in there -my Brazilian missed a lot of hair -I wasn’t allowed to use my wax series that a bought at a different Lunchbox Wax location so I had to pay for the wax separately (beware, they won’t let you use a series at every location like they advertise!!) -and the kicker, my left eyebrow was waxed down to a thin line 😭 I only glanced at it while in the salon because I’ve NEVER had a problem with eyebrow waxes and only noticed after I got home that most of my left eyebrow was gone.

From the moment I walked in, it was clean, presentable and welcoming.

I spoke to the lady in the front and told her I had an appointment, and she checked me in and had me fill out a form since it was my first time.

Nikki was my technician who helped my process for a Brazilian wax. She was very informative and comforting throughout the whole time. When there is a sensitive area that she’s is about to pull, she’ll tell you to breathe in and then breathe out. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be as long as you time it correctly. Nikki made good small talks, which made we feel comfortable around her especially when you’re showing your “privacy”.
