I was notified to come in before my points expired. Being that I don’t live near a firehouse subs, it’s been a while since I have stopped by. I happened to stumble across the alameda location and decided to check my point balance. I had enough points for a cookie. I added the reward to my account and was excited to use my points. To my surprise, the cashier, Kevin said I had buy something. I let him know that I was using rewards points and it wasn’t a coupon. He told me I could buy 2 cookies but I can’t get the free cookie using points, otherwise. I had him cancel the order and decided to just order the cookie for pick up. To my surprise, Kevin took the points off my account and said it would take an entire 24 hours for the points to be redeemed. So now I’m standing there trying to decide if I should order another cookie or lose my points. Terrible store. I’ve used my points in the past. Idk if Kevin is new or this store has its own policies but I’d rather let my points expire than to ever come back to the...
Read moreI have never written a review before, but I feel this is deserved. As a college kid, I cant really go to Alameda from Oakland just for a sandwich. But I was skeptical of this place, I saw them on Postmates, and always try and get good value and taste to the point it can make me crazy on picking my choices. I read all these reviews before I ordered, but I have to say. I am so happy I can get a Large sandwiches for like $10-12 each. Usually I hate places like Ikes, or just bad value sandwiches. I feel like I get a real big fireman sandwich. Its so so good, I really appreciate the value and quality here they dont rip you off at all like a lot of other places do, its a great deal! I wish places like this were bigger and had more stores. First time customer will surely be lifelong as long as I am in range or got the postmates or...

I put this article on facebook and hope you get some business.
Let me know if you get this email.
Will keep talking you up.

A little superfluous information: Clifford’s last name is Chow. He owns a fire themed restaurant. For all of my 25 years and I’m sure, still to this day, when dinner is ready, the call that echoes down the hall of every Alameda fire station is, “Chow!” or “Chow’s on!” Coincidence? Or Honor to you, Mr....
