First, I want to say we LOVE the loveseat for my hubby's man cave. This was supposed to be a good experience, but unfortunately it was short lived due to damage to the front door frame. I took pictures of the damage as well as videotaped the delivery guys struggling to fit the loveseat through the door. I had to suggest the chair to be disassembled for an easier fit. I can't believe they didn't consider this .The one star is how it was handled on the management level. The moment the drivers left I called to inform that there was damage to the frame, I was told to send pics and there will be communication as to the status. There was a text later that afternoon that she will be in touch as soon as she can. A few days later I hadn't heard anything, so I texted, there wasn't a response. Therefore, I called and spoke with the Manager today (1-26), she quickly tells me that she sent the information to "corporate" and it's in their hands. It would've been nice to have that communicated to me. The demeanor on that call was curt and dismissive. Suggestion to Management, communication is key and if you don't want to have the awkward conversation it's best to be kind, professional and over communicate when there's an issue. Remember your store isn't the only business providing furnishings. We have been faithful Rooms To Go customers for over 20 years. Kimbrell's could've been our go to as well.
