Wonderful store with exceptional clothing and great personal attention. We were on vacation in Albuquerque when my husband said he'd done some investigation on finding a suit there. I was a little skeptical but willing to try Bert & Jess Clothiers, especially after going to some other well-known stores, and finding that their quality and fit has deteriorated dramatically. We were really having trouble finding suits for my husband. The result of the visit was two great pair of pants, a suit and a jacket and we could have bought much more! The quality of the clothes, the options for customizing and the personal attention are not readily found in stores today. Because of Bert & Jess my husband (normally not a shopper) is lamenting that there is not a direct flight to ABQ from where we live. Bert has said that he will work with us remotely which...

Great location, great service, great quality merchandise. Only clothier in town I can get merino wool over-the-calf socks, as nobody else -- even the national chains -- seem to carry them! (As many may know, thin wool socks are actually better at dissipating moisture than cotton even during the warmest months of the year. They're also warm in winter.) They stand by their products as well. I was surprised to hear, upon telling them months later, that they would have happily exchanged the Byford brand socks that shrunk too much in the wash within 30 days. Now that's cool. Most places won't even consider it once something has been worn and laundered. I haven't gotten a chance to purchase their other clothing yet, but they do also carry H. Freeman Made-to-Measure, which is a pretty high...

I went in today for my first time in the shop. It was like they have been dressing me my whole life. They are the two of the nicest guys I have met in long time. Me being a Blue collar all my life have never been about a tie around my neck and after talking with Jess about what was looking for and they truly listen. They help me pick nice lighter blue sports coat and it’s getting tailored to fit perfectly. With a nice white shirt and couple pocket squares now my Beautiful bride want be Embarrassed to hit the town with me.Thanks Again Bert and Jess for great customer service.
