I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and why bc I think the staff are unprofessional. The nail tech tells me that I need to grow out my nails and use more powder when I grow out my nails. I feel like I needed to redo my nails bc they were sticking to everything and it was annoying me. Every time I show up there the head boss Ms. Helen always has this tone of voice. What do you need! I have never seen any facial expression from her. She always looks like she’s mad.The nail tech did my nails today and she cut one my cuticles and bleed I asked for a discount she made a snippy comment in her own language. I’m guessing it’s a no. I decided to remain going to that nail salon bc I used to live there and I liked my pedicures from them. I brought my daughter for a manicure the nail tech didn’t really pay attention to what she was saying and that was making me upset. I'm a loyal customer for years! Over 200$ in paid service over the past month...Unfortunately yesterday a new gel polish chrome came out HORRIBLE CHIPPED uneven i can't believe money was even accepted!D. likely due to chatte4 box not paying any mind to her work!... NAILs HAD BUMPS! APPARENTLY THE DRILL WAS PRESSED TOO MUCH AND CREATED DENTs IN SOME NAILS!

Such a horrible experience at this nail salon today. My husband bought me a $40 gift certificate for a mani and pedi and when I went in to use it, she told me that it expired. He just purchased it 3 1/2 months ago! She was so rude to me and told me it expires in 3 months. I told her that the gift certificate was the whole reason I came and he spent a lot of money on it. She said "Fine! I will accept it but I am only giving you a pedicure." Me not wanting to lose the money, i agreed. As she was doing my pedicure I noticed that she was sharing tools off the cart that the other worker was using on the gal sitting next to me. Yuck! That is not sanitary!
