Never again! This location has the worst service I have ever received.
I specifically asked for extra crispy wings—even called ahead and stressed how important it was. I even told them if they were too busy, just let me know and I’d go somewhere else. They assured me they could do it.
When I arrived, I asked to check the wings before paying. They refused, but said they remembered my call and the wings were crispy. I paid $42, opened the bag, and found squishy, undercooked wings that were pink inside and mushy. Absolutely disgusting.
I immediately gave the bag back and asked for a refund. They refused, saying the manager wasn’t there. The next day I called—still refused. I came back in person—still refused. Their excuse? They “can only refund online orders.” I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
This was way too much stress for such a simple request. If they couldn’t make the wings crispy, they could have just said so, and I would have left. Instead, I was lied to, served raw food, and treated with complete disrespect.
To make it worse, every single staff member was rude. Megan was rude. Michael, the manager, was even ruder—he told me they “can’t cook wings longer than 9 minutes” because they’re busy and need to get orders out. That is unsafe and disgusting.
Wingstop clearly does not care about their customers, their food quality, or their cleanliness. This place is a scam. I will never return, and I know I’m not the only one who has had a terrible experience here. I wouldn't of even give them one star!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager Daniel Franco was absolutely terrible to deal with. When I called about the undercooked wings I was served, instead of offering help, he was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. He acted like my complaint was an inconvenience to him, cut me off while I was speaking, and offered no solution at all.
It’s shocking that someone with such a bad attitude is in charge of a restaurant. His tone alone made it clear he didn’t care one bit about the customer experience or about making things right. A manager should solve problems, not create more of them.
This place is already a disaster with bad food and worse service, but Daniel being the one running things explains a lot. If this is the standard of leadership, no wonder customers walk away angry. I will never spend another...
Read moreMy husband and I purchased 20 wings at this wingstop late Monday night, mind you there was no one in the store. We ordered, while she had her earbuds in and was on the phone with someone on her phone, paid for food, and she says they will be ready in 10 minutes. We say thank you, and go to Walgreens to get miscellaneous items. We return back to the Wing Stop within the ten minutes and the same girl on her phone, proceeds to ask us if we have a call in order. We say no we’d like to pick up the wings we just ordered, and she proceeds to argue with us to call the wing stop to tell her we are here for our order. It would have been pretty awkward if we had called right in front of her and said we were there for our order. Once we finally got our wings, we then hear the young girl speaking very disrespectful to kind old man who was simply just asking a question. We have no intentions...
Read moreIt’s April 27 2025, my sister and I ordered online. It was a simple wing order, a wing meal for two with two drinks. When we arrived I told the boy behind the counter we had ordered online, he told me to pull up the receipt, which I did, and he told us in an condescending tone that we were at the wrong store. So confusingly We went to the other store and the girls over there told us about the new update on their systems so they maybe missed it. That boy didn’t even try to look for our order just told us to go to the other one. At this point it’s been 40 minutes past when we’re supposed to pick up our order only to go back and pick up cold food with nothing in return for the mistake.. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, I work in the service industry, that wasn’t handled well at all. I’m genuinely...
