Old school racist vibes. Felt like I was in Santa fe. After my group left, staff made it clear that my skin color was not accepted in the gift shop or museum. After the tour my fiance and I went to the gift shop where I regrettably purchased a neat book from a lady who rudely hovered over me while shopping and it seemed to really bother her to talk or even look at me when I was being so kind to her. I could tell she absolutely didn't want me there but I wanted to buy the book as a christmas gift. When I finished paying, my fiance, who is white, could tell her funniness was very offputting and suggested we leave. But before we left, he wanted to use the restroom. As we walked to restroom across the way, another lady had snide remarks when asking if I needed the restroom. She didn't even work there but was sitting at the empty cafe with her partner. I shot a look of disbelief. And when we tried to use the other restroom where my partner had hung his coat (where they suggested before our tour) but they wouldn't allow it. We just left.
