I went to the Home Depot at Eubank today on 7/1/23 looking for an outdoor security camara set. I was very excited when i saw that they had them for such a good deal at $208.99! Well after trying to check out they came out to their original price which it was $379.99 I was confused and so was the cashier so i asked to speak to the store manager. After waiting for a while she finally came and said that they had them on sale until 6-18-23. Well that was more than 10 days ago and the sale price was still up!!! I understand that i unfortunately missed on such a good deal! But what really got me stressed is that they got me so excited to save money on something i really need! after speaking to the manager, she said that i wasn’t supposed to see that price and that there’s nothing they can do about it. Well maybe get your sale prices up to date because i see this very often and it’s very irritating.

We Love that Home Depot is our neighborhood store for getting our home projects done! We just created an automatic watering system for our tomato contianers, and it was really easy with all the 'Dig' brand drip irrigation products. We used a battery operated timer attached to our hose bibb. Then added a pressure regulator, and 1/2" tubing to our whisky barrels. Then added 1/4" tubing and added soaker hose rings for each barrel. It was really easy once we got started. We used 1/2" tubing for the herb garden with little bubblers. It was so much fun, to do that we are planning an automated irrigation system for our raised beds! We have water walls on the tomatoes since it is early in the season.

We Love that Home Depot is our neighborhood store for getting our home projects done! Another big box store that needs to be put out of business for their unfair and deceptive business practices. My oven has been broken for over two months now. I tried going through discount stores and was disappointed as they were trying to sell very used stoves at almost retail price with shxxxy 90-day warranties. After going through 4 weeks of hell with Lowe's trying to buy a stove. I ordered it and it never showed up to their store on time. Customer service told me they can't control the delivery time from their warehouse to the store nor from their warehouse to a home. I canceled and had it refunded. I then tried to go through Home Depot, that was an even bigger mistake than going through Lowe's. Home Depot does not allow customers to come pick their orders up from the store anymore, and they don't deliver to my address I'm 2 hours away from the city of Albuquerque. So I was forced to have the stove delivered to somebody's home in Albuquerque thankfully I had a family member who was willing to allow it. I was having to try to rent a U-Haul drive to go pick up the appliance then take the appliance to my house then take the U-Haul back. All the meanwhile home Depot is charging me for delivery service. I got an email and a text message confirming that this delivery would be between a certain time and a certain time then at 9:00 at night I got an email and a text message claiming that that delivery time had changed. I called customer service and they gave some BS excuse of they just couldn't get the stove to me considering that they had an alleged specific route to stick to. I was forced to have to reschedule the delivery I was told that I could pick my delivery time so I informed them that I needed the delivery to be between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. considering that I had the drive the amount of time that I did and I was having to run to U-Haul to bring this thing back to my home and I have to have the U-Haul back before they close at 6:00 p.m. once again got an email and a text message late at night telling me that they had changed the delivery time again for 3-7 pm. I called back to customer service and went round and round with them and the customer service once again tried to give me lame excuses and then ultimately told me that they had no control over the delivery service. I told them they absolutely did because they're choosing to utilize a third party delivery company that does not stay consistent and chooses to cause problems with customer delivery. That's a choice at Home Depot is making and they absolutely have control over it. Then the customer service person decided to try to gaslight me and mock me which pissed me off even further. I told her to cancel my order I'm not going through these big box stores. I'd rather just sit here without an oven than to deal with the hell of big box stores screwing me over and small businesses with used appliances trying to do the same selling used stoves that are more than 7 years old for 600.00- 800.00 with very limited 90 day warranties or less that cover very little in terms of what breaks. New Mexico is just getting to be an impossible state to live in I can't stand 90% of the businesses as they all operate in the same manner and they are definitely not focused on quality customer care or service. Now I am having the refund but you know they say it's going to take 5 to 8 business days since the stove was sent out of their warehouse, that's not my choice Home Depot forced that BS on me, now they're going to force me to wait to have my money returned to on top of everything else. these stores need to be put out of business...

2 stars only because 2 people really tried to help me out. I come in for a updated weed Wacker since the one I bought from home depot in November I only used once or twice before noticing I can't get top of of the roybl weed Wacker open to feed new line and clean to keep looking new. Why am I being called STUPID. WHEN I SIMPLY NEED HELP. WATCH CAMRAS I EVEN GAVE YALL YALL WEED WACKER THAT I PAID FOR WITH OUT THE REFUND GIVEN BACK TO ME. KEEP THAT MONEY OR BLESS A STAFF MEMBER WITH THAT MONEY. YALL VERY MEAN AND DISRESPECTFUL They are mean. AND NO no one is racist at this store just mean and dont want to work . I'm waiting an hour for help after being told I can come back with the product that was messed up. The store is not even packed its around 1120 or so. Keeping them people employed. They pay you an hr rate. Me coming to spend money keeps workers employed when I'm at work I show respect. Why can't I be shown the same respect . Then want to act like I'm crazy when I spoke out on it. I bought the whole set up to fix behind valer dental IN november your property parking lot for free since last year May I've noticed that area is never clean . I'm Head of Security at Valer Dental tell Security there please watch more on the back side of our peoperty again I'm not watching yall cars and taking pictures of who be stealing for yall any more . I'll stay out the way since ME being black or looking how i look means I have to just wait around and be over looked then when I get help be made fun of infront of customers . It's life I just want all my company money back and we can set it up with Lowes or who ever. I clocked out to write this review. What did I do to gain that type of disrespect from your establishment. I have work to do not time to wait to see if every one walking by me is willing to help trying to be productive and on point . A freaking weed Wacker. I'm the nicest security Guard hell I help watch yall cars on the property from the dental property. Not with the disrespect or insults. When my boss get back in town she won't be happy . I'll collect all the receipts. To get money back for all the tools within 90 days No I'm not lieing . And people please test what I'm saying go to HOMEDEPOT ALL ypu do is spend money and 94% of the time get no help and looked over if you new to DIY Stuff you think you wanna keep a hobby that keeps you going to that store NOT ME. You do have a few that try but it's a mean manager or another employee that messes it up I'll post like really if you don't wanna work stay home don't mess up my expectations when choosing your store to purchase products to do landscaping from valer dental to North West side of home depot Eubanks parking lot. Disrespectful as staff.

AS OF TODAY IM NOT DOING ANY COMMUNITY SERVICE. YALL CLEAN THAT GLASS AND TRASH AND DIRTY STUFF ON YALL OWN YOUR CLEANING CREW NEVER DOES IT.

Service speaks louder then the deal atleast at Lowes I very sure to hear the words hello and thank you for your business.

If yall had a bad day hope tomorrow treats yall better but I'm not ever going to Home Depot any more. And all of the other 9 properties that I over see and handle I'll make sure we switch as well. If you would have asked me about this Home Depot location a month ago, I would not have anything negative to say, however, two TERRIBLE experiences later, here I am writing this review. My first incident happened when my husband and I purchase some Lattice which the store did not carry. The associate placed the order for us and when the items arrived in the store, they were all completely damaged. We received a call notifying us and Home Depot re-ordered the items and even gave us a small discount on the items for the hassle.

Now that does not seem so bad, but as we waited for those items to arrive, we also went in and took advantage of Black Friday pricing on appliances. We chose Home Depot because we thought they would be a reliable place to purchase from (they did NOT have better prices or promotions than any other retailer). We selected 6 items (SIX!!!!) to include a Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Sidekick Washer and Pedestal. For our growing family, we really Splurged to have these new items.

Our delivery was scheduled for Saturday 12/2 (two weeks after the initial purchase). We spent the morning getting ready for delivery by uninstalling and moving all of our old appliances- Everything except the Fridge was sitting in the garage. We had not heard anything from the delivery company. At 3:00 we called home depot to inquire. They forwarded us to the delivery company- WHICH WAS CLOSED?? Called Home Depot back and FINALLY at 5:00 we were informed that the delivery company never received our appliances from the manufacturer (not that anyone bothered to call us). The person we spoke with at Home Depot informed us that there was nothing they could do until Monday morning. Meanwhile, we spent Saturday evening moving and re-installing our appliances. (Our whole Saturday WASTED because no one could notify us what was going on.)

Amongst our phone conversations, we discovered the lattice from earlier had been delivered to the store- no one bothered to call us and let us know. When we went to pick it up, the order had been placed in the back of the store with tons of other items piled in front of it. It took the associate, with my husband's help, nearly 20 minutes to dig it out. (Who knows how long it had been there?)

It's Wednesday now and we just found out (again only because WE called-no one called us) that our Oven has been placed on backorder until the 1st of the year. The delivery company "cannot" deliver the other 5 items that are sitting in their warehouse for God knows what reason. (God forbid they have to make two trips!) The appliances that I ordered prior to Thanksgiving will not be in my home until 6 weeks later.

This process has been beyond infuriating. Home Depot's system here is absolutely idiotic. I am out thousands of dollars on appliances that I do not have, meanwhile my current appliances are barely working. The worst part of the whole thing is that no one will communicate with us. Not one issue has been resolved without US first calling and asking. I will not EVER be purchasing appliances from Home Depot again.

The one star that I do give for my experience is the interaction we have had with the staff. They have been empathetic and informative for our situation and really a pleasure to work with- despite their company's ridiculous process for...
