Food is great, when served fresh , sometimes it’s cold hit or miss.. but this location manages to always get my order wrong .. let’s add onto the fact I used to be a worker at another location (Wyoming) Workers have a bad attitude, don’t get me wrong I know exactly how it’s like but they look and act miserable. Picked up my mobile order which was a salad .. that was messed up by the person who made my order in the kitchen… then I order an extra side of fry’s at the window because I had forgot to order them (I’m very reasonable) and I paid for them at the window.. the lady bagging which was a DIRECTOR her name is ARACELI heard this exchange and assumed I had changed my order to a different size and took out the fries I had already paid for through the app for the fries I ordered at the window. Went all the way home only to see one side of fries… I went back to go get the fries , I shut up about the salad because I could already tell they would not be willing to change it, me feeling annoyed but calm i tell the someone and they relay to her she messed up and she gives me attitude and says in Spanish “I thought you ordered one” to her co workers in the back…like at least try to be more quiet!I’m never one to complain but seriously? with a snarky tone… mind you I speak Spanish but I do not look like it, not my fault you can’t take accountability cause you didn’t bag a fry properly! And I was being very nice about it… I shouldn’t have had to went out of my way to go back and get fry’s over her egotistical mistake.. overall made me never want to go there again… would rather go to my old work place and that says a lot because I dislike that location just because...
Read moreI had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Chick-fil-A. While waiting in the drive-thru, the employee taking orders skipped over my car and immediately began speaking with the vehicle behind me. I was stuck in line with no way to move and waited for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I slowly pulled forward, but the employee then had the car behind me follow as well. The driver, clearly distracted while talking to the employee, ended up rear-ending my vehicle.
What shocked me even more was that the employee and the driver continued their conversation like nothing had happened. I stepped out of my car, thinking I may have imagined it, but the other vehicle was visibly pressed against mine. When I pointed it out, the driver denied the collision, but I later realized he was friends with the employee. The behavior after that was even worse.
Rather than assisting or showing concern, both employees taking orders became defensive and dismissive, repeatedly saying their friend did not hit my car despite the evidence and the car having to reverse away from mine. The driver refused to give me any of his information, so I had no choice but to call the police. While waiting, we were told repeatedly by the employees that we “had to move” our vehicles, even though we clearly explained we were on the phone with the police and would move once instructed.
This entire situation was caused by negligence and unprofessional behavior from Chick-fil-A staff, and instead of resolving it properly, they added unnecessary stress...
Read moreShockingly Absolutely, NO customers met service here. I went through the drive thru at 1:11 pm. I ordered a yogurt with fruit. The window staff handed me a yogurt with 2 blueberries only. I asked him “why there was not more fruit. Long curly haired male stated they were out of fruit, except blueberries. Which was a lie. I drive around unsatisfied with my yogurt and tell the thin Hispanic male with very short curly hair that took my order, that I was merely going through again to Obtain a refund for my yogurt. He says “ok”, when I proceed forward, he yells at me I almost ran over his foot. I stop at the cash female standing there, he walks up to her and tells her I almost ran over his foot. I am going very slow, I am in the thin Kane Chick-fil-A made for me to drive in. I did not swerve, I did not turn, it is a straight 12 ft drive from the order taker to the girl with the cash change. If he foot was in the way of my wheel. Then he clearly was not trained properly, very rude, he has no business working the drive through as he clearly does not know where to stand dealing with vehicles. And they certainly do not need to be working at Chick-fil-A as one lies, and the other is very rude. I asked speak to manager and they said it was no manager or system manager on duty. Which I feel that...
