A completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. My partner and I have regularly given our business to this location since moving to the area, and have always been kind and patient with staff that we’ve encountered. With decades of customer service experience between the two of us, we know what it’s like on the job. However, neither of us can fathom what we did to deserve the service we just paid for.
To start, an incredibly rude interaction for absolutely no reason at the drive through speaker. It was certainly not a busy time as we pulled straight up to the speaker and only had to wait behind a vehicle at the window for a handful of seconds. So it’s hard to imagine why we were treated with such disdain and like total inconveniences. After paying for our meal I then had the bag of food shoved in my face as the person at the window made every effort to literally look the other way and ignore us. All of this would honestly have just normally been brushed off by the two of us because we aren’t the complaining type and definitely don’t have a habit of writing reviews. There are many other ways I’d like to spend my time. But what the staff did with our food crossed the line...
The reason we frequent BK is for the impossible whopper because neither of us eat meat and I also have a list of severe food allergies. The impossible whopper is one of the few items I can actually eat anywhere. I simply need it on the potato bun instead to avoid sesame. No other modifications. So my partner and I keep it simple by ordering the exact same thing, every. single. time. Dozens of times at this location. We always check inside the bag and the receipt before driving way, just to be extra sure. Receipt looked good, burgers in bag were wrapped in the Impossible burger paper, check, we were good to go. We get home, sit down to eat what at first glance looked like our typical order. Except there are sesame seeds that somehow found their way pressed into the bun, which I’m allergic to, but brush off so I don’t have to waste the food I already purchased. Then take a bite into what is a pretty funky tasting burger from what I’m used to. Try another bite just incase I was mistaken, nope definitely something off. I disassemble the sandwich to find a fatty old beef patty with grizzle all over. Almost simultaneously my partner is making the same discovery about her own sandwich. Both of our meals purposely made incorrectly to the point were we can no longer eat it. Why? Just to mess with us? It was made with our bun modification, placed in the impossible wrapping, and with the correct order on the receipt. The cashier even repeated the order back to us correctly when we were ordering. Which is why it’s difficult to imagine that every negative part of this experience was not completely intentional. And by now I hope to have made it clear that as regular and respectful customers we still can’t seem to figure out what we did to warrant that kind of treatment.
Anyways, seems needless to say at this point, but we won’t be...
Read moreThis experience was a great one I must say. If you don't have the Burger King app already you must download it ASAP. In my humble opinion this app is one of the best one out there in regards to food deals just by simply downloading the app. The deal I used for this visit from the app was 2 of the sausage, egg and cheese croissandwich's with breakfast tots and 2 drinks for $6.00 plus tax of course. This is a hell of a deal because just one of these meals will cost you about $6.00 without the app. They have more meal deals with burgers and chicken sandwiches to choose from. 😋. So, have you downloaded the app yet? You should have already done it by the time you read this review. LOL, for real though it's the best app out there. Oh snaps I almost forgot to say is that when you use the app you accumulate Crown points everytime you use the app for food and when you have enough Crown points you can redeem them for free food. Yes, I said free food 😋. No joke for real. Good day folks and...
Read moreSo I had an Uber pickup from you all a couple months ago, your GPS pin leads drivers about a block north of your restaurants location. So after driving by the location the GPS lead me to I had to pull into a parking lot, google your restaurant, then get back on the road, go 2 blocks south now, and after wasting about my time and fuel found the Burger King. I called Uber - end result: due to the way the account is set up they need burger king's authorization to change the GPS pin... So I told a manager about it.... That was q couple months ago. Recently I got another delivery, and did the same thing, went to the wrong spot, had to pull over, it's been a while so I had to Google it again... Then I just thought, if your wasting my time and gas, why should I deliver your food? I quit that delivery, a burger and fries is just not worth the headache. I bet other drivers have done the same thing. You all should really get...
