Hooter’s — Restaurant in Alcoa

My waitress Ivy was GREAT! The food was cold. I ordered boneless wings and every one of them was cold. I cut thru to see if it was just a few bit it wasnt. When I asked waitress just ask cook to throw them into microwave to warm them he told her he couldnt do it? Claimed it was a safety risk. Uncooked chicken is a safety risk. They remade the order and I took it home. By this time O had waited on food for about an hour and a half. I understand understaffed, but please make sure the dang food is cooked. It was not busy.
