Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aldine

This establishment is such a horrible place to pick up and from other reviews it seems sadly also for when they deliver. Two times now have I had to pick up since they don't deliver to my apt complex, and we'll it's 5 mind away so I don't mind driving to pick it up. Walking up on there you find the front person just not helpful in picking up your bloody order and pay and get out. This time I didn't even get a simple greeting or an acknowledged by the two person at the front and neither the manager as my boyfriend had pointed out, again I usually don't step at the store so I didn't know when I was there.. but he didn't even acknowledge us or greeted us. And then the two walk to the back after waiting there for them to finish whatever they were doing at the front computer. Not even a one moment please or just a hold on... walked out of there angry. I should had gone to the pizza Hut establishment place just two blocks away! Avoid this place for take out at all costs . And from what I see about delivery reviews... good luck! And I'll add few weeks ago also there was a man at the front and horrible experienced... but at least greeted me with a "What" This people need seriously training and the male...

I just got off the phone with Riley whom I believe said he was a manager. 2 Feb, 2023 I placed an order for Papa John’s store #4513 for $148.61 for my department at work. The power went out at their store along with Company not far from them so we never recieved our order. We have ordered for probably ten years for my company’s address, so I am guessing it would be this location every time with no issue. I have called almost every other week asking about our refund.

This goof gets on the phone with two people separately and does not put me on hold. The over all is that I am trying to swindle some pizza. This allowed me to record half of one conversation and all the next as I listened to him tell them “I call BS” and “this seems to be a lie” and “he is good at answering the phone”. Well Riley I have phone records, which are easy to investigate with the ATT app who is my phone carrier.

My next move is to send the recording and phone records to corporate if they contact me back. We order Papa Johns at home also, not Domino’s, not Pizza Hut, and not Mod. I guess we need to change this for our small once to twice a month orders along with my...

This location is the worst in regards to customer services and food prep 0 stars ,DO NOT go there I ordered 2 large pizzas here, while waiting for my order saw that the employee with neck length hair had no Cap nor hair net on and as a customer that has recieved carryout and gotten home only to find hair in my food I Take this very seriously and think that anyone preparing food for a living should also follow basic food prep protocols. When it was brought to his attention by the manager he went off and started cussing and disrespecting very vulgarly , disrespectful and extremely rude and of course I requested my money back which accounding to the manager I would be getting back in about 2 to 3 business days, unbelievable! Let's see if that actually happens. I see that there is several bad reviews for this location regret not seeing the reviews before, definitely would have not gone anymore if I did.That employee diffently needs to fired just makes the Papa John's...
