They did get my puppy shipped from CA to VA with no problems. However, upon pickup they tried to give me someone else's puppy that was a totally different breed from my puppy so that greatly concerns me. They definitely have room for improvement in that area. But I also need to mention one of the workers was super kind and came outside with a gallon jug of water, paper towels, and rubber gloves to help us wash our puppy before we took her home because unfortunately she had soiled in her crate on the long flight (7 hours) and was a nasty stinking mess covered in pooh. I thought that was going above and beyond her job and we truly were grateful...
