The customer service is outstanding. I wish I was better with names because I walked out of the store repeating the two associates names so I could recognize them. It was the afternoon/evening shift yesterday 7/30/19.

We had an issue with a mirror we bought. I went in to do an exchange and they had to take one off the wall, pack it up safely and just everything involved. The women were so easy to work with. Friendly, helpful, not seemingly annoyed by the request and added work. They didn't try pointing fingers on the issue or push back. Over all just a good experience with these two going above and beyond.

I feel as though I almost want to shop there more knowing how kind the staff is and how helpful they are willing to be, and I'm not just...

Nice location but the manager always makes you feel super Uncomfortable when you return items . I usually will buy a few items to see what works and return the ones that don’t work out . When I walk in he always makes a comment like “oh no” or not a return because it affects their daily production . There is also a women who works in there who is with him a lot and she’s just as rude . When I came in to return my online order she yelled “ that has a green tag” with an attitude. insinuating that I can’t return , I’m Not really sure why she said that.

I used to work at Pier one for years and would never make customers feel That way when returning . I’ll take the trip to Bloomingdale location...

A very nice store with lots of cute goodies. I picked up a pair of lamps and want to give a shout out to Donna.....She is always helpful and friendly. The furniture is nice, but most of it has to be put together and the quality is not the best so don't expect too much. The coupons are helpful, the holiday decor is always nice and it's a nice...
