I hope I can give -ve rating. I returned my order on 25th day after purchasing and store associate said the return policy has changed to 15 days and returned my money in merchandise credit. After 2 months I tried to use and it says invalid gift card. I called customer service and asked about it and they said it’s already been used. I told her that I just scratched off the pin to use and how can that be used without pin. She said the store might have given me a used one. I literally don’t have return receipt because it’s over 2 months and I feel like I’m robbed. They can’t see anything from their end about return. How can a business that’s everywhere can’t have the purchase and return info?
