I was at the store on Tuesday afternoon December 5th to return a black sleeveless top that was too big in the arm holes. Two women were at the counter being helped by a black sales lady. I point that out as someone had posted that this store is racist towards non-white customers. I'm white and did not appear to be the case. From what I could see, no other employees were there. A male customer was trying on jeans in the parlor area and had his partner with him helping decide on the look and fit. I waited behind the 2 ladies about 5 minutes and then the man came out with the jeans and stood behind me waiting to purchase. The sales lady looked over to him and asked how the jeans worked out and he said great. The other 2 ladies left and I walked up to the counter and told her I had a return. She looked at me and asked if I would mind if she rsng up the man behind me because she had been helping him. (Wow, how rude!) I told her no, that I had been waiting and needEd her to help me with the return. She said she didn't know I had been waiting. Again, how rude. The store is fairly small and there was no one else in the store besides those I indicated. She looked at the top, the receipt and tag. She said, "well I'm really not supposed to refund an item where the tag is not attached. It is not our policy." I commented that I didn't realize that was the policy. She told me that it's on the back of the receipt and there's a sign at the front of the counter, but no one reads it. She was being abrupt and it was embarrassing and I told her I was sorry. She just kept going on about how noone reads what's posted in front of me and the customers behind me. Rude!
She could learn a lot about better customer...
Read moreThat is my favorite brand name, recently I shopped here, sales lady Renee, she was very kind and helpful. But I don’t like Store Manager’s Arrogant attitude, never greeting never say Hi, never say bye! Especially when I checked out, I truly hate her arrogant attitude, Instead, I always smiled to her, be nice to her, sounds like I owed her anything, that should not the right attitude to serve the customers. This shop is very close to me, so I loved to shop here. After that, I shopped more in Stone Briar Mall.
But today I shopped here, she was the same. Probably I need to drive more to the StoneBriar Mall.
Shopping is a pleasure, not only buy stuffs, right? If you choose to do the Custumer Service, should be kind, courteous, polite, helpful and happy to serve others, right?
Wish she could change her attitude. Anyone has No reason to be arrogant especially for the Customers.
Wish she can change, I would come here more often. To benefit others and benefit herself. Do...
Read moreCame in on Black Friday hoping to update my wardrobe a bit. Even with the more contemporary styles at the forefront, this place is perfect to find modern takes on timeless looks. I was greeted initially by a charming woman who appeared to be the manager (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) who asked if I was shopping for someone. I let her know that no, I'm trans and shopping for myself. She immediately switched to female pronouns and introduced me to Laura, who would be helping me with style ideas and fitting. To say Laura was resourceful and sweet is a grave injustice to how amazing she actually was. She found some incredible items for me to try on, was extremely helpful the entire time, never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward, and I walked away with some wonderful items. This location is very close to my home, and I'll most definitely be a loyal customer after this awesome...
