Extremely disappointed. I ordered an item online. Received the order confirmation email. Then received a second email saying my order was ready and to head to the store with pick up instructions. When I arrived, the store did not have record of my order. The assistant manager told me I needed to wait until I got a confirmation email stating the order was ready. I showed her the confirmation email again. She told me it was not her store then. I showed her the address of pick up location to confirm it was their address. It was. They said I could buy the item outright. Unfortunately, they no longer had the item. So I asked about refunding my item, they said they couldn’t do it but I wouldn’t be charged until I pick it up. Went to this store for a specific ornament. Before going to the store I checked online if the ornament is available at this particular location, there were 5 items available. I am not very familiar with the layout in the store and after I couldn't find the ornament myself, I asked one of the associates for assistance (I showed her the picture of the ornament and the link online) she just pointed in the direction and said "if it is not there, we don't have it", failing to be more specific where there. I said that I could not find it there but this location of the store was showing that 5 items were available. She only repeated again what she had said (if not there, they didn't have it), she didn't bother to check if it was in stock, she did not direct me where to look for them. She was absolutely unhelpful and didn't seem interested in customers making a purchase and bringing a revenue...

I'm completely disgusted at what I just experienced in this store. Walking in I was only greeted by "Johnathan" I believe he said his name was. I was completely ignored by the white girl at the register facing the door. I didn't even think anything of it until a white woman walked in and she was immediately hounded by the same woman. I actually needed help and intended on asking her what I needed to ask her but it completely turned me off from spending any money. That's extremely rude. You never know who you are face to face with and you should treat people equally regardless of how they are dressed or the color of their skin. SICKENING!!! Will never be back!
