UPDATE to this saga: Feb 4, 2025 -- we decided to contact RtG because we hadn't heard anything about when they were going to pick up the extra cushions that were erroneously delivered in November. GUESS WHAT? Apparently, I caught it in time, because the Customer service manager told me that I was going to be BILLED for them because they haven't been returned. After we notified RTG in November and were assured there was a return order in play, after we notified them again in December and again in January, each time assuring us that they created the return order. We are in the market for additional furniture, and it will never ever be from RTG. Still would prefer to pay extra. In November, 2024, we ordered a sofa, chairs, end tables, coffee table, pillows, and a bar-height table and chairs for our patio. Quite the expenditure for us. The wrong cushions were sent with the couch and NO cushions were sent with the chairs. In addition an end table was damaged in shipping. We relayed all of this to Matt, our sales person, and he told us everything was set up to be corrected. In early December, the delivery people came back to only exchange the end table, did not take the old cushions, and didn't have the new cushions. In addition, they used our neighbors' lawn to turn around, and we had to initiate a claim to get it fixed (still waiting to get that resolved). Today (Jan 22, 2025), on their third trip out here, we finally got the right cushions, but the delivery people refused to take the wrong cushions because Matt didn't really set it up to have those returned. So...we are warehousing their cushions for them, they'll have to make a 4th trip out here, and we are stuck dealing with a claim. They can certainly lower their prices by reducing all this overhead, but I'll pay extra not to buy...

A huge variety of sofa & chair styles, different cushion firmness & fabric selection, as well as a ton of periphery items like outdoor rugs, end tables, knickknacks and even art. We had been to a couple other places but no one had the variety and choices RTGP did. We had given up on the idea we were going to find what we needed in one place. I wanted a recliner chair that also locks in place for when I'm working on my porch that has a plush soft cushion; and my wife wanted a sofa that has firm cushions to either lay down on or sit around a table with a fire feature in it. Two very different styles. We found both at RTG and in the same matching set and fabric! Incredibly comfortable and on sale over Memorial Day. Which is great because quality comfortable outdoor furniture is not inexpensive! My only warning to others to help with expectations is that every single quality recliner is backordered until the end of summer. Which was ok by me given I don't sit outside when it's over 90° anyway and it will be here by Fall, my favorite time of year to work on my screened porch. But the sofa, table, and other chairs will be here in a week so no wait.
If you are in the market for some new outdoor furniture, I highly recommend you go visit Christine at RTGP. You are VERY likely to find something you love. It's going to cost more than a Home Depot or Lowes outdoor stuff, but it will almost certainly last longer, look better, and be far more...

I tried to settle this matter with your customer service representative who both made me wait an extremely long time before they would speak with me and to make matters worse the supervisor had very bad professional ethics. He denied that my bed was stained after I clearly sent him evidence of the dirty finger print stains that were on my mattress. I have requested that $316.50 be taken off my original price for this awful delivery.
