This is a story that must be said, I visited this store to buy work trousers, I didnt order online ONLY because I was not sure on the size went there to try two sizes. And the lady in fitting room starts shouting that the fitting room is closed!!! I look at the time and its 3 hours before closing time!!! I was confused, I asked her why? And she came up to me, and says its closed! I said why? And she is like why? Why? Because my manager told me to close, and start gathering people clothes and complaining about people being lazy and not bringing out their cloths and throwing clothes aggressively on the counter and whispering: she asks why why! What you mean why!!! (Manager told me they are short staffed and she has to close the fitting room and she apologized) Now I have a question is it a normal thing to close the fitting room while the store is open?!? Because besides the corona time I have never seen this! Was my question disrespectful? Did I asked a question so out of place to receive this reaction?!? I’m just disappointed with the service now a days, I worked in retail I know how tiering it can be and I quit!!! PLEASE QUITE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB!!! We cant treat people like this, H&M is a respected retailer all over the world dont play with their reputation. (Long story short I ordered online and its small, even though I sized up.had to...
Read moreI just had the worst experience at H&M. When I went to check out, the cashier seemed extremely bothered. She rang up my item, I paid, and instead of handing me my receipt, she stuffed it in the pocket of the jeans and slid the item over—without a bag. I thought it was odd, but I didn’t want to assume anything, so I walked off and stood to the side where she couldn’t see me.
Then I noticed the white couple behind me also had just one item. I figured if she didn’t bag mine, she wouldn’t bag theirs either. But nope, I was wrong. Not only did she bag their item, she suddenly became super friendly with them too.
At that point, I walked back and politely asked if she could bag my jeans because I didn’t want to carry them around the mall in my arms. As I reached to hand the jeans back, she walked off, grabbed a bag, handed it to me, and basically told me to bag my own purchase.
That was honestly such a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I may also report this to H&M corporate office. I am not the one to feed into the whole “you’re racist” thing because I honestly don’t know what would cause her to act that way towards me, but whatever it was, it should definitely...
Read moreOn Wednesday evening my wife and I were shopping for clothes for our baby. We could not find the size we needed so my wife decided to check the mannequin. Not soon after my wife touched the mannequin a young woman came over and rudely said to my wife, "Do you need help with something?" My wife replied, "No, I was just checking to see if this mannequin had the correct size, I am sorry." The staff member was extremely rude and continued to say, "That's why you don't touch things that you aren't supposed to." Finally, when she walked away she said, "Some people are such animals in this store." My wife is a woman of color and being called an animal for touching the mannequin was extremely out of line. The reviews on Google for this location have multiple reviews about rude staff. What is going on with this location? This employee needs to be terminated. We believe this was racially motivated and we plan to take further action. NorthPoint can't close fast enough! Hopefully this misreable indivdual will not be transferred to...
