Mandarin Express — Restaurant in Alpharetta

The food here is always decent so that's why I gave 2 stars but the attitude on the older lady working the food on 7/29/18 was terrible. I walked up and she didnt even look at me or acknowledge that I was there...so I just turned my attention to the cashier and wait for her to help me.....while I was waiting I decided to turn around and she if she was done filling the rice so she could serve me....she was done filling so I thought she was going to say hi and proceed to help me but instead she just stood there and stared at me??? I was going to get some vegs but her attitude turned me completely off...so I just said I'll wait for the cashier to help me...in that instant she rolled her eyes turned away and started mumbling. I eat here often because I work in the mall so this experience was disturbing. From now on if I see her face I wont eat...

It’s 4pm, I just came from JC Penny getting my hair done. Stopped by one restaurant couldn’t order due to bad service so I came here, one guy ahead of me ok cool. I get to order and I ask the girl if it was possible to get some fresh food, how long has this food been out. She said it’s not old, ok what’s not old? Why can’t I just get fresh food? Can your customer service be worse? I asked a question cause the food looked dried out and most places will give you fresh food! The girl at the counter just keep saying it’s not old it’s not old! I just took my food and left! I honestly wanted to give it right back and get a full refund cause what’s the problem??? If you can’t run a business with respect just close up shop then you won’t have to deal...

This was a horrible experience. Do Not Eat here!!! I got the 3 entre 1 side deal, the cracked peppercorn chicken, had absolutely no chicken at all only onions, celery, and peppercorns, the broccoli and beef had no beef at all, got about 3 pieces of sesame chicken, and about a spoon full of vegetable fried rice. Every thing was left over from yesterday and the tea tasted like rotten left over mop water. It made me sick to my stomach. The manager was unapologetic and didn't care, I asked for my money back, they refused. The CSR was rude and lied about the manager being there, also refused money return. Smirked as I left. Stopped payment for refusal to make my order right. Called health department because the food...
