Potato Corner — Restaurant in Alpharetta

Let me start this off by saying: this is the best place to get flavored fries, period (and maybe even fries in general). This is hands down one of my favorite places to go. It's in the North Point Mall food court near the Chik-Fil-A. It takes about three to five minutes to get your fries because they put them in the oven as you order. And it's more than just your standard fry. They also offer curly fries, sweet potato fries, jojo chip fries, tater tots, and hash browns. Now let's talk about the important thing: flavor! I'm not gonna list all the flavors but they're all great. My personal favorite is either the Garlic Parmesan or Garlic Parmesan mixed with Cheddar Cheese.Yup, you can mix and match as much as you'd like when it comes to flavors and types of fries. I haven't tried any of their chicken items but I imagine they're good too but definitely not up to par with the greatness of their fries. I had always enjoy eating at Potatoes Corner with my friends and family. But recently, the thought of eating at Potatoes Corner changes my mind. Last weekend, we were ordering our usual order of Tatertots with sour cream onions and BBQ. Usually we would get our order within in 1 or 2 mins. But thing changes when we didn't receive our order in 10 mins. Thinking something is wrong went and check it out. When we ask the people working there, they had said that we have never oder so we have show them our receipt. There weren't many costumers (about 5 costumers on that day) on that day so, our order shouldn't have take that long. When we receive our order which take them 10 seconds to make, it was all a mess. There's weren't any Tatertots in there just crumps and a few bits of French fries. On top of that we didn't get our refund. As frustrating at it is I hope the costumers service improve soon. Incredibly efficient service, delicious food (albeit not the best for you), and an overall amazing experience. Potato Corner offers a variety of different potato-based snacks including french fries, tater tots, curly fries, jojo chips, and baked potatoes. Depending on the size you get (all of which are incredibly large and super worth the price) you get to pick one or two flavors of seasoning to put on (barbecue, chili barbecue, cinnamon sugar, cheddar, sour cream and onion, and garlic parmesan). Your selection is then air fried for about 4 minutes. After that, they dump them into a plastic container, add the seasonings, and shake to coat. Then they're done!
