I had a really good experience rug shopping here recently. I described the kind of rug I was looking for and the staff point me in the right direction and give me more info/terminology about the style I was describing. They have a very wide selection of styles/shapes/sizes, more than just what's trendy right now. I bought two rugs and pads to go with them. One rug was in store and one ordered in a larger size. When they didn't have a rug pad in the right size in stock they sold me a larger one but only charged me for the size I needed. Pick up was super easy and they automatically sent a rug I ordered to the location that was going to be easier for me. My husband and I came into the North point rugs tonight looking for several rugs for our new place. Ana came over and helped us right away, asking what we were looking for, color, sizes, and areas they were going in. She was very thorough and started showing us different rugs fitting our needs. While we were looking and mulling over some of the different and beautiful Persian rugs, she would start finding more rugs for us to look at. It was incredibly helpful and we ended up getting all the rugs we needed. The owner even helped bring them out to our car for us, he designed two of the rugs we purchased, they’re beautiful. All the rugs we saw and felt high quality and we are super happy with our purchase. We will definitely come back...

I will always recommend this location for carpet. About a month ago my daughter and myself walked into this location looking for carpet pieces to put into a custom dollhouse we are building. The older gentleman working first said he didn’t have scrape piece to sell but said to give him a second to see what he can find. This gift from above cane out with 11 sample pieces of the most beautiful carpet and gave it to us for no cost!!! When I tell you a blessing he has become for us you best believe me! I intend on returning to purchase carpet and rugs for my home when I finally purchase. This man did not have to do this but he should us it is not always about the money but the appreciation that one can have for another...
