Ray and Raffi are first class people with a first class business. I’ve been coming here since I first needed a ring resized, they did such a great job I got a different one done. Eventually, this was my one and only place to buy or fix my jewelry. The quality they put in their work and pride they have in their diamonds is amazing. Anytime I’ve gotten curious about a piece somewhere else, I would drop by Master Jewelers and end up getting a higher quality piece for a better price and learn something new about jewelry. Also something I found interesting is that they don’t have special diamond lights to make theirs shine like big box stores do. If you’re looking for a high quality Jeweler that really wants to deliver for you and cares about honesty, give these two brothers a visit, they’ll take care of you whether it’s your first visit or 10th. Update 8/13/22 I finally got to propose and use the beautiful ring Ray made. A week ago we came in to check out wedding bands.. and Master Jewelers came through. Nothing shines as bright as a Master Jeweler Diamond, and the work the brothers put in is supreme. We both picked out bands that needed an extra touch to make it ours. My fiancé picked a ring and wanted to added diamonds and I wanted a certain ring but in yellow gold. Ray designed those rings and had them sitting in the display case and took them and personalized them with exactly what we wanted. The work is flawless.

I’ve gotten my rings resized, a Diamond replaced (an old ring that was passed down to me, which Ray resized and fixed up) a Diamond cut rope chain I get complimented on, a Diamond bracelet..and now engagement and wedding rings.

Before our official engagement, my fiancé and I looked for the perfect ring for months. When we couldn't find a specific style, we decided to try the custom route. We tried all of the chains, and the local jewelers of Chattanooga, and anything custom was ridiculous. Plus, I guess we weren't the greatest potential customers, since we were college students. Then, we decided to try the Atlanta area. We tried a couple of jewelry stores, and we still didn't find anything reasonable for what we wanted. Then, since we were in the area, we went to North Point Mall, and accidentally found Master Jewelers near the AT&T store. Rafi greeted us with so much kindness when we first entered, and completely entertained the fact that we wanted a specific looking ring. When we couldn't find one in the store or in the catalog, we inquired about a custom ring and they let us email them pictures of what I wanted and even let me choose a sapphire from their showcase. The custom did take a little longer than expected, but it came out perfectly. There was so much attention to detail, and Ray listened to exactly what I wanted. He even provided some feedback about how to make the ring structurally sound, and asked what part of the design I loved. He really wanted to make the custom the way I wanted it, and he did. Prior to being engaged my boyfriend and I went to see Raffi and Ray about an engagement ring. We were nervous about this big purchase, but once I walked into their store I felt way more comfortable. Raffi talked us through different cuts, and styles, then had me try on a few to see how each would feel. It is obvious Raffi has your best interest in mind both with budget and long-term investment. He doesn't beat around the bush and tells you his honest opinion. After being proposed to I fell in love with the ring my boyfriend ultimately picked out. The diamond feels secure in the facets without feeling bulky. You can really see the craftsmanship that Ray puts into all of his pieces. This past week we went back to Master Jewelers to pick out wedding bands. I went in thinking I wanted one thing and left with something completely different. Raffi showed us how stacking rings can compliment an engagement ring and not overbear it. He picked out a setting that completely matches my style and said we could even switch out the diamonds for a different stone. Raffi showed how different colored stones can change the look of the rings and I went with rubies. Yesterday, I picked up the rings and I am so in love with the set!
