These women are nice but they're not nice you see it says on the receipt that you have a return period.. Well I have gone in there probably two or three times to do an exchange or return and each time I have been given a guilt trip and made to feel bad you know they'll tell me okay well we'll take it back but you know women come in here and they want to buy stuff at full price and that's brand new you know cuz they may have allergies and this and that however that doesn't really matter and they should not make me feel bad about myself for having to make a return. They also told me that I need to choose when to wear my jewelry NOT TO work Only during special events which I have very rarely in my life. I need to be more careful about when I wear my jewelry. They're just not very nice and they make you have a guilty conscience about having to return anything or want to dictate how you use your jewelry and at the same time after dictating when you should wear your jewlery, they say well how have you been you look a little bit better. What the heck? Oh and don't let me forget how they say we putting you on our prayer list when you did not even tell them anything personal about yourself....
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Since this location is more convenient from work, I stop in to check out their inventory. The last 3 visits I went in to specifically buy Pandora charms. Was NEVER asked if I needed help & certainly didn't receive any help. I had my online Hallmark order shipped to Silverland. The box had my name on it, but the contents were for someone else's order. Silverland's response? We don't do that here. When I called Hallmark and told them they were appalled. Evidently, I don't look like I have money to spend. While I love the inventory that this store carries, I won't be going back anytime soon. Too bad for them.

Went in for certain items and they sales staff tried to talk me in to more expensive items and when I said no they said well that won't work for what you want anyway and walked off. That happened twice. I got a gift certificate for my Granddaughter and when she went in to use it was treated the same way. She wanted a ring and they took her to the rings which are in a locked case and walked off . She had to grab someone to unlock it. Found what she wanted and said I have this much more to spend and they pointed and said well look over there. She gets her things goes to check out and they keep moving people in front of her to help them. She said they made her feel like she wasn't spending enough money . Same way I felt.
