I had a great experience. We were trying to put together a pretty specific look for my boyfriend and the employees worked to help us find the pieces we needed for it. We really were initially looking for a non-button up long sleeve with no front pockets or zippers, that also didn't have that scrunchy hem, and we didn't really succeed (at least not in the size we needed). That was kind of a tall order for June though, and I went in with that expectation. But the gentleman assisted with finding a flattering button up and slacks that were just-so. He then worked with me and my super picky belt color preferences. Overall it was a super easy, painless experience. I never really like to say a place is or isn't expensive, that can be really relative to experience, but I do subscribe to the philosophy (especially with clothing) that you get what you pay for. They have an excellent clearance section, and if we could have found the size we were looking for there we actually would have found the perfect shirt right off the bat and spent less, but alas it was not meant to be. I bought a pair of dress slacks, a very nice button up, a pair of socks, a belt, and a lint roller for a bit over $200. I wish I could think of the brands of the clothing, but I do remember the belt was Calvin Klein. The clothing looks amazing, he looks amazing in it, and it I could snuggle with those fabrics at night I absolutely would. Every penny is worth it.    Read moreThis location does not have the greatest communication with customers. We recently had a wedding August 14, 2021. Our experience was horrible, it was a very stressful time with the orders, measurements, and communication. My husband did not get the correct suit he had requested. The top was oversized & my son's (groom) pants were very short in length. He also requested that no shoes be ordered for all grooms & many of the orders the groomsmen paid for included the shoes with the additional payment. We live in Pocatello and traveled numerous times to Ammon up until the day before our wedding to pick up correct sizes. Some of the staff seemed unconcerned about our situation, continuously stating..... "not much we can do" until we requested to speak to a manager or someone else. The gentlemen that measured my son was very quick at gathering his measurements, I felt that we were being rushed that day. The picture below shows how accurate he measured my sons length on his pants. I questioned the time he took to measure, because he seemed uninterested at doing his job. Also, another groomsmen from out of town never received his tux because of miscommunication. We encountered many issues that made the whole process overwhelming. I highly recommend the employees to offer customers to try on the rentals before they leave the store.

   Read moreMe and my dad each rented expensive suits from menâs warehouse in advance to a wedding that was very important to us. I was supposed to receive a slim fit option for the suit I choose and was told by the gentleman that I would receive it. We were traveling out of the country for this wedding and also lived out of state, so we were unable to try the suits on before because they didnât have the inventory âavailable in storeâ. I made it specifically clear that my suit needed to be slim fit and was told that wouldnât be a problem. We received the suits, my suit was classic fit and my fathers was slim fit which he had not requested. After the wedding we went back into the location in Idaho Falls next to the grand Teton mall, we were told that because they didnât have any slim fit options for the suit i choose at the time, that they made an âexecutive decisionâ to send the classic fit option of the suit. I was then told because I had to worn the suit to the wedding that I was unable to return it and receive a refund even though it wasnât the option I selected. I was then offered on 12/28/22 to have a seamstress modify the suit to look slim fit for me, I accepted. It is now 1/24/23 I have had no email, phone call or update to my suit.
